Vegetable fried rice recipe
Ingredients List
---------
3 cups jasmine rice
3 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil or butter
A few all spice berries (optional)
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 cups mixed veg
1 tsp mixed herbs
1-2 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp dark soy sauce (or to preference)
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Spring onions to garnish
Red onions to garnish

I did something similar for dinner yesterday, except I didn't fry my rice. I cooked seasoned rice with dried shrimps 🍤 and mixed vegetables 😋...it always takes me back to my childhood 😋 thank you Terri-Ann 😊

Soon as you started mixing the rice my mouth got water 😍 I'm craving vegetable rice but I'm only use to "shrimp fried rice" but that is not something I want so I am so happy I came across this it looks absolutely delicious 🥰😋😍

Nice job. I had the same mind set of your supposed to use cold rice from the day before. But since you added that the way you fried rice is for the recipe you make. I couldnt tell you your doing it wrong when your the one who created it this way. Looks very delicious.
