Sir Neuherbs deep sea fish oil ( 2500mg) use karne se mera triglyceride increase ho jaa raha mene 15 days ke liye ishko lena band kar diya tha then triglyceride normal ho gaya but again use karne par triglyceride increase ho gaya above 180 ... Plzzzz suggest me any other omega 3 capsule

Hello, I personally use , recommend and also have reviewed Naturaltein whey protein .. which you can also try .. it is bit costly but its high in quality and I have personally done Lab test also to check protein content .. you can watch that video ... Even Muscle Blaze unflavoured whey protein is ok.. I generally dont make videos on whey as there are already many on this topic.. Thank you !!!
