Today I'm super excited to be sharing with you how I make a traditional Mexican breakfast papas con chorizo. Papas con chorizo is my go-to classic Mexican breakfast. It requires very few ingredients and it's absolutely jam packed with flavor. It is also incredibly versatile, perfect for tacos, tortas, gorditas, burritos, sopes, tostadas, and more. ► 1/2 tsp garlic salt
► 1/2 tsp black pepper

► 1 bell pepper
► 1/3 white onion
