I too learnt this form from the Professor (Shihan at the time) back in 1982. He had just redeveloped it from the original Kata #1 that I was taught at United Studios of Self Defense. Fred Valiri was taught by the Professor ! This was the beginning of Nick Cerio's Kenpo. We went to him as black belts in Kenpo and he agreed to train us, starting as white belts. Couldn't get there fast enough. We opened a Dojo under the auspices of the Professor in 1986 as the Kenpo Karate Institute in Milton Massachusetts. We trained with him till his passing.
The form was done well. Professor always said, a Sensei in Kenpo is his own style.
    Rest in peace

What style is this? The intro of the kata looks like Kung fu or wing chun, most of the kata looks like karate, he is wearing a belt.
I don't know how a kung-fu practitioner would rate this performance, from the karate point of view, he has precision, impact and good technique in his movements. Good execution.

It s a Nick Cerio 's kenpo form. Prof Cerio did a lot of styles. Shotokan, kenpo and sil Lum kung fu. That s why the kata begins with "a kung fu inspiration"
