Пиздеть не мешки ворочить
Power & focus is there! But that’s Not original NCK Cat 111
Really? Prof cerio hinself before he died in 1998 show me and me some tipa for this form Maybe it s a personal version but I m sure it 99% the original form
@@mapsensei yes it’s not the original . You may love him but you weren’t his son.
@@mycama9307 Can you send me the original?
I too learnt this form from the Professor (Shihan at the time) back in 1982. He had just redeveloped it from the original Kata #1 that I was taught at United Studios of Self Defense. Fred Valiri was taught by the Professor ! This was the beginning of Nick Cerio's Kenpo. We went to him as black belts in Kenpo and he agreed to train us, starting as white belts. Couldn't get there fast enough. We opened a Dojo under the auspices of the Professor in 1986 as the Kenpo Karate Institute in Milton Massachusetts. We trained with him till his passing. The form was done well. Professor always said, a Sensei in Kenpo is his own style. Rest in peace
I always loved this form. One of my favorites.
What style is this? The intro of the kata looks like Kung fu or wing chun, most of the kata looks like karate, he is wearing a belt. I don't know how a kung-fu practitioner would rate this performance, from the karate point of view, he has precision, impact and good technique in his movements. Good execution.
It s a Nick Cerio 's kenpo form. Prof Cerio did a lot of styles. Shotokan, kenpo and sil Lum kung fu. That s why the kata begins with "a kung fu inspiration"
Such horse shit
Corny
Merci pour le commentaire constructif J apprécie
I remember this kata. It was fun to do.
Thats orthodox
Nice good to find such talent in a southpaw fighter
😮
A+
Wow, I haven’t seen a kata performance like this in Prof Cerio curriculum in a long time. Excellent explosive power, foot work, breaks in between sets, controlled intensity, and clean striking. This was motivating.
This is awesome. I just Finishline in this last week and I’m gonna do it like this because this is pissa
Nice f-ing kata!! Fast, powerful, great techniques.
Quand même un gros flex
Powerful strikes ⚡️
I have been a martial artist 60 years of my life ,hold master rank in 5 Arts and one of them is Kenpo ! But most instructors failed to teach, there is no fight that stand still and let you do everything you might get 1 to 2 good shots the rest is all for show
yep
White people so rich they hit gym bags (eventually you'd ruin the bag). We use tires, it's cheap and durable.
a bob dummy works as well, we use those in law enforcement to sharpen reflexes and baton skills
Funny thing is that light tap from those arnis is enough to give an enemy's flesh for a quick shock. When done in burst, it goes for disarment, or a quick yet effective "dirty" strike to disable an opponent. If done with a bolo? ( sword like machete us filipino use ) you gonna get mangled. If the 2nd or 3rd strike goes into the neck tho, the practitioner would go for jail time tops.
Call of duty should pay you for taking your moves loll
To build speed and precision. To build strength you have to hit it and follow through
You are on middle range hitting the bag passed the mid of your sticks. Practice hitting bag within one palm from tip of your sticks only.
This is one of the longest katas I’m learning, do you have any tips to learning it?
The most important tips I can give to you, it is keep your attention on DETAILS, TRANSITIONS and don t change the rythme.
Très bien la nouvelle intro . Le son est aussi plus clair que sur vos autres videos. Merci beaucoup.
l'aide beaucoup, Barbara doit être fière de son coach! ;)
Merci de continuer à dispenser tes enseignements, coach !
Tres bonnes frappes je dois dire
Great performance! Excellent form!
Nice kata!!!
MechanicalMartialArtist thank you
This guy is full of shit, this would never work in reality. Show me just one, just one fight or live spar this “sensei” has been in.
These are all strikes that are legal to use in MMA. Anyone who have an advantage with ''striking concepts'' can make a lot of money and gain world wide recognition by fighting in the UFC. My questions are: why don't we see this in the professionnal arena? Should it be more logical to prove the efficiency first, and then sell it as a efficient fighting concept?...
Kosho kempo is older then MMA and proven. You make your art work they aren't magic.
@@sonnygallo5662 thats the thing.. You can't say it is proven and be done with it. You can t say proven and you dont need to prove it again... because the science of martial arts is constantly growing .. as every science, abilities and sports out there. It's like saying .. i won hockey games when i was young, therefore my gameplay is the best and will ever will be. Plus, this is a golden age of practical martial arts right now, if kosho ryu fighter does nt step up and grab money and fame..this is real fishy.. and age doest not account for anything and comes with the probability to be out dated.
good answer Sonny!
Kosho is one of the arts based on teaching your enemy while not harming your enemy. The only way to find out how effective it is would be to attack a Kosho student. I wouldn’t recommend it. Also the reason you don’t see it in mma is that mma is about aggression while Kosho is truly only for self defence.
Wonder what the old Japanese masters think of this
awesome and powerful hitting
Merci pour le video. J'étais justement en train de pratiquer ce kata cet apres-midi. C'est bien de voir le rythme que je devrais avoir.
Nyce
You are very skilled at Kata!
Studio Unis?
Professor Nick Cerio did have a love for the Shotokan expression... It shows in this form
After all Shotokan is half kempo jitsu
