Nice of them to tell us we need sonar on at least 1 ship in our flts a day before raid starts. Whilst i am happy that the ridiculous reaver raids are done with this raid looks just as difficult. I would like to have that new hull but not at the cost of having to spend alot just to get it.
this looks like is going to be a pain the ass to beat

Here are the thoughts of a man who got a sneak peak at the raid:
Hi all,
I have decided to quit BP effective immediately. The fatal blow to my already vertiginously declining hopes for the future of this game arrived today with my first glimpse of the Ultimate Travesty that will be Snowblind. By this time tomorrow, expect to face the following: Up to 9 Thermal Detection Inters with something like 80% evade encircling you within seconds of entering battle. Spawning between torp towers each of which takes eight (!) shockwaves to kill. Targets as big as Drac bases, which you HAVE to attack with base fleets, but which also have invisible mines you won't see without a decent bit of sonar. And that's only the first three targets of the lvl 2 campaign - the horrors of the big campaign are beyond imagination. And by the way, you got ONE HOUR to complete the latter. Yeah right.
Kixeye is no longer run by sane minds. Their unfathomable greed has destroyed the balance of the game months ago, but now things are completely beyond breaking point. From here on in, raids are for mega-coiners only. (Unless you wanna slave on the world-map targets, which at least this time around are manageable.) Next thing Dredges will see their difficulty increased. Cooperation is increasingly discouraged. AI chores are increasing in number and difficulty. The spiral is out of control, and Kixeye's utter disregard for all customers not willing or able to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on their product is beyond an insult. Which is why I will no longer spend time and money on a game run by a company casually screwing the vast majority of their customer base.
Now this doesn't mean this guide won't be continued. Over time I have accrued a number of regular contributors of pictures and data, to some of which I will hand admin status, and who I believe should keep the guide going on its current standards of quality.

Kixeye: You'd better fix the game a.s.a.p. instead of creating new raids. Today I had to refresh 3 times in only 5 minutes.

Not even going to attempt this lol. Sadly the people at Kixeye probably wont realise that they are pricing players out of the game, but instead will think, Oh profits are down better put the prices up. Seen all sorts of businesses do this over the years and eventually close down. Kixeye will have two choices in the future. Either make targets (prices) more realistic for all level players or shut the game down. I got a feeling that it may be the latter. :( Beano The Butcher

You should go back to the old method of doing raids, because this dosnt even give us lower levels a chance, on the old one at least I could destroy a load of 'C' levels with an added bonus now and then, now I don't even have a chance
they ran out of cash a lot to come up with this coin collecting game part ? What we get next then ? siege pinguins and ice bears with uranium cargoroom ?

Meh. This looks like something for the 70s and up. I think I'll just use the 1/2 repair time to hit enemy's working on the raid. Snagging a dock will irk them.

Low-level players can repeatedly attack the Arctic Fleets in Phase 1 to earn points for Tier 1 and 2 prizes. There are targets and prizes for all levels of players.

Kixeye hell with out spending at least $100 no one will ever get any thing worth fitting to a ship or a base... and even then if you do spend the $100 you better have 10 fleets of top end ships with top end weapons so you can even try to get the 2nd to the top prize.... sadly Kixeye you for got that much of any thing below tier 3 will not ever help a player to ever get some from your tier 3 or now 4 prize list witch makes game play or the thought of putting money in the game not worth it because unless you plan on spending that kind of money every month just to get the new i win ship and weapon that goes with it you will never keep up with the raid for the next month not to mention you will half to coin part of the 1 fleet you can build and hope to god you built it with the right resistances for the next raid only to half to spend another $100 and rinse repeat ....
think kixeye for got this is a java game and only dumb people will spend $100 every month so there base does not get flattened or so that they can flatten who's ever base has even one of the new ships or weapons from the next raid lol.....
very very true im almost a 50 and i would love the mcx but i carnt because people can no longer prep them please change this for us
UNOGBearFireFlaster i think that you didn't work enough in riptide, i have a friend, level 48 and he got the SCX at level 45!! He also got some help from alliance members and now he has a full scx fleet with d92-U, and no i am not protecting kixeye, i just say that you had a great chance to get good stuff in riptide, my friend alone got the scx barracuda and bcx using only a sw fleet :)
might be almost time to quit and find a new game.. this one costing way to much.
Sorry had to thumbs this down, due to the blatant rip off of Oceans of War. Sad really that Kixeye couldn't come up with an original idea and artwork for this.

KIXEYE !!! listen i like Battle Pirates but you guys making bad for the others coz your event are always not good for low lvls like me Im lvl 60 but my base is suck and my flts are shit coz i still dont have ATLAS and others every event of your always high lvls only gets the new ones and we get what we dont want like for example you guys gave LIGHTNING CRUISER that no one i ever saw use it but we low lvls want it so we can play fair too !! this event only HIGH LVLS from 70 to 80 plus only will enjoy not only this event but all your event are not good for us low lvls. have you guys ever make a board meeting and talk about the ppls that dont get anything ! guess your not you guy s only interest with the coiners and others but the ppls that like your game you dont care...this event i signed up to GOING but im not playing it it really sucks and i know i will not get any good prizes again since i start this game i never ask for assistance to high lvls even opening cargo.
anyway im ASKING TO YOU GUYS THAT MAKE THIS EVENT GOOD SO LOW LVLS CAN GET GOD PRIZES AND CAN PLAY FAIR TO HIGH LVLS !!! THINK BEFORE YIU MOVE !!!!

jhay dee New players aren't supposed to be getting hulls past Tier 2 or so. Tier 3 when they reach around the mid 30s, sooner if they're smart.
