As a DIY audiophile, who runs everything through a homebuilt monster, I cannot thank you enough for cutting out the loud tool noises. With many YT channels, I have to stay right on the volume control to get the voices clearly without ending up deaf.
Love the channel, and will remain grateful for this improvement as long as it lasts!

My Dad started doing Body Work when thete was nothing but lead work. Also, never seen him ever use anything other than coat hanger wire to gas weld with😁 He was channeling and chopping cars for years before some of the current legends too. Great to see you continuing the tradition. I am also doing similar work. Best Wishes to everyone for a better New Year, than the past!

I totally agree with your statement about keeping focused on the thing you are doing not multitasking. , and by that I mean that I know we have several things going on , but you need only to concentrate on one at a time . They have proven that multitasking is not good practice and I know some people thrive on it but it's not for everyone. And yes I know I've learned a great deal in only watching a few videos and I plan on watching all you put out . Thank you for the lessons , they are much appreciated.

this is a TIP from an 80 yr old man I do this all the time: use the self tapper and predrill a hole in the piece that has to attach to another piece and when you hold the dash in this case when you install the self tapper the hole holds it in place when you scew it in with only one hand and no one needs to help hold the dash, hope this helps next time. You are a great help to me as I'm puting a 1949 dash in a model A pickup. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

I'm a musician,a sound engineer, a producer and I have started a web series that is only 4 episodes old but none the lessI consider all of that tied together. So I know of what I speak when I say; "You like to guess because you are n't building a car in the common sense of those words. You are an artist. You are making art. And art is open to interpretation and one piece of art can mean something different to anyone experiencing the art. There are no wrong answers because of that.
And it wasn't until you said about "Liking to guess" that I realized why you are so fearless with this stuff. Aside from the confidence of experience, you are just creating art. You don't need measurements when you make art. If it looks good, it is good.
Like I've said a few times. You are bolstering my confidence to take on customizing my two hotrods like you wouldn't believe.
Can't wait for spring. Both cars are finished mechanically and almost done interior wise. Both will be getting painted, by me, this year. Thanks a million.

Healthy New Year Chad and Jolene... At 37 or so I'd say maybe mitre the dash where it meets the door and you can put a solid filler piece where it's cut... Why I say mitre it gives clearance for door material and also when door opens it looks aesthetically pleasing and you can blend dash to door panel... 👍👍👍🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦

Jolene: How about writing a Children's book about Bad Chad the kid...His adventures and love of making things. Of course, he is a bad boy, in the beginning, finding his way through life. His closest friend is Jolene.
Find an artist to illustrate the story. Start with a story-board. What do you think? You can develop an interest in the main character: Chad Hiltz... On another note: With age comes wisdom and insight into human nature...The mind of Chad, doing it his way.
