They get those outdated dates and addresses from every time you send in a change of address at the US postal service. The US postal service sells your information to the credit reporting bureaus.
Would a miss spelled name, such as a missing suffix by not adding Jr and also with this give me more Momentum to delete derogatory accounts off my credit report. Also would this delete positive accounts as well?

Would disputing personal information delete positive accounts that are attached to the wrong personal info I am trying to remove? Or would positive accounts stay on the report and only the items I dispute be affected by the personal info I dispute? I am seeing conflicting answers in the facebook group. Thank you!
If an account is positive & open you would want to make sure the address is reflecting your “current address” before removing previous addresses. So check all accounts to confirm address has been updated.

Sadly Experian is inaccurately reporting my information, DOB shows just a year not a month or day and address shows an old address as current. Yet I filed disputes with CFPB for negative accounts and Experian has since verified those accounts. What's my next steps? As they clearly couldn't have verified those accounts if they are reporting inaccurate personal info on my report to begin with.
I tried removing an old address on experian. the dispute center told me over the phone that all old addresses cannot be removed. My secondary agencies are frozen. I am attempting to repair my own credit once i can update my personal information. I am stuck . Any ideas?
Yea experian is rough. Because it's tied to accounts. You need to use the cfpb to delete it with your ftc letter and proof of address and utility bill. It will be gone In 15 days. Also dispute with lexis nexis, that's where experian gets theor info from.

You have to be first positive about it and secondly all of these things are very simple to do but a lot of people don't want to do the work so that's how you simply get clients to pay you in this world there's a lot of things people could do themselves but they rather pay somebody else to do it just like if you go to take your car to get washed at the car wash yeah you could wash it yourself but you rather just take it to the car wash instead cuz it's quicker and less time consuming so the key is time that's how you'll get clients to pay keep a cool head keep a positive mindset take a stab at it much love and success

File a report with the CFPB. Go to submit a complaint. The same happened to me 3 times and I reported them each and every time. Not just the creditors, the Credit agencies as well. Make an account before you file the report.

We can give Ukraine and Israel almost 900 billion while we have so much homeless and debt. We do not help our own whatever but when these politicians want your vote vote for a homeless person instead voting for these lawyers enriching themselves and forgetting about the little people
Just do payment plan and wait for 7 yrs it will fall off. The national debt is 34 Trillion dollars does FICO give the USA a credit score or rating Lolo why the little people suffer in their credit not the country itself

I called one of the bureaus and they wouldn’t remove an old address because it was attached to an old account. Can anyone give some advise?
