Damn! This is what marching band sounded like when it wasn’t always just about cranking and blasting the loudest notes. These cats are jamming and grooving and still producing great volume with pure funk! Can’t say that I’m not thoroughly entertained by a good crankfest but can marching bands PLEASE add the funk and groove elements back into their playing style? 😃

The only fiberglass sousas that can match the 22k are YAMAHA YSH-301s. And even they pale in comparison to the legendary 22k. OAN: Can you imagine the late Dr. Greggs upgrading SU's sousa section, Whitehorse, to 22ks from those 2370s when he was still D.O.B. at Southern? Whitehorse would've been MONSTERS.
