Carlos Arcaraz really amazing to see him play such beautiful shots and to win his first Grand slam and become no. one at such a tender age. Wishing you all success and happiness in the near future to come. Beginning of a new era. Hats off to you Carlos
Aloha to you Carlos Alcaraz !!!! I am amazed at how much you love tennis, your humbleness and kindness to all people !!!!! I wish you much happiness and joy !!!! You are a great inspiration to everyone. Take care and may God continue to bless you and your family. A fan, Robert S.J. Hu April 2, 2022.
He is absolutely the first Carlos Alcaraz. He is a mix of Federer (forehand), Nadal (mentality, young Nadal like speed) Djokovic (cross court backhand , drop shots) and his own unique signature of lobs and drop shots. He is similar to all three but not the same because he is an attacking player with a semi western forehand unlike Roger who has a eastern grip. But the reality is he is a complete player and once his serve improves. 💥💥💥
Brilliant observations. Because he is also Spaniard, the unfair comparisons to Rafael are unavoidable, but he clearly is in his own league. I see alot of the big three in the way Carlos plays, but even more striking is how mature and thoughtful he plays on all surfaces. Definitely a shining new star has arrived. Time to enjoy this.
@@RonitaElease Well, Juan Carlos is a great mentor because not only was he a great player on clay but what is overlooked is he was excellent on hard courts too. He had a solid game based on both offense and defense and knows exactly what it takes to reach No.1, Could not have a better mentor and support team. "Stay hungry to improve and stay humble"
I see a replica of Nadal, his approach to the game, coupled with determination, humility, and respect for others, will no doubt make him a great player
Don't know how anyone could miss Nadal or Djokovic. Even Federer with his beautiful game is not missed so much now that Alcaraz was able to fill that void. Alcaraz has much broader appeal internationally. Be honest, if he plays Nadal now, who do you root for? Old scowl or youthful exuberance?
The important thing about him having a steady girl. Is it helps to minimize your wandering eyeballs. Just look at what it did for Federer and Nadal. It keeps you focused. The avg man has no idea the super gorgeous Sharon Stone acting women that's tempting you every second. You need your hotel room door double bolted. And please,19,at this time if year in Europe. You. Have to walk around with horse blinders and ice packs in your underwear.
Momma, you do need to get used to it! (; I believe he will be #1 and win Grand Slams. I am enjoying the unfolding of his amazing career! He is my favorite player! He will be in the top ten very soon too!

Carlos is the future of the Sport. To the commentator, if you are going to adventure into reporting Spanish names, please I beg you, learn how to pronounce it, even roughly. It is embarrassing to listen to your Spanish, it takes but 2 minutes to have someone to coach you. Please, honor the language.
Nobody is obligated in their own country to speak a perfect foreign language. In this country, we take people, particularly south American and Spanish people speaking horrible English. We don't even criticize since they are trying. Btw: Carlos Alcaraz will be a great tennis player.
@@goncalvespeloya When you assume the responsibility as a professional of reporting foreign piece and as a journalist you have an obligation to dedicate two minutes of your time on pronunciation. I am talking accentuation and pronunciation and not accent. That is your job as a reporter, it shows respect for your craft to do a two minute research on how to roughly pronounce Murcia. Do you speak any other language?
It really is not that difficult, at all.
It is an error to make comparisons. Alcaraz represents the welcome arrival of a new generation of tennis players. Some are more extroverted and have warm personalities. See the difference between the Spanish player and his Norvegian opponent. The question is how these newcomers will manage fame, money and adulation.
Incredible tennis player and the fact that he aspires to Roger Federer game is in my opinion the best out of them all. Much less injuries mixing Power with grace sounds great.
So my perception that Alcaraz has features of both Nadal and Federer is now confirmed by Nadal and Alcaraz himself. I wish I could play tennis as well as I can analyze it.
Carlos Alcaraz, present world number 1 Tennis player possess all that needs to be the youngest Tennis Legend. He is the replica of Roger Federer who remained Role Model of World Tennis. Likewise Carlos Alcaraz is the youngest Role Model of the present Tennis World. Carlos Alcaraz will retain his top title almost infinite as long as he continue playing his sport.

This is a nice video; however, the incorrect pronunciation and accentuation of Spanish names and places is annoying. I would suggest getting some advice next time.

Zero resemblance to Nadal. Nadal looked painful on the court. Alcaraz is all joy and excitement.
He just achieved both the GS and number 1. A teenager of 19 years at US Open 2022
Im spaniard and we will miss Rafa Nadal greatly when he retires despite tha Carlos has already stole our hearts .

Much success for you Carlos. Stay out of the media and just be yourself. Always honor your parents Carlos, Mom knows best.
I wish others players would learn from him. My next Rafa.Love his humility. Try don't beat Rafa lol.
He needs to wipe the floor with Nadal. I'd love to see that at the FO, but in all fairness, Nadal is too old now.

His girlfriend is so lucky...
It's a stretch to compare him to Nadal. Nadal has none of the appeal of Alcaraz.
Please improve your screenshot. Even I can see the photoshops, and I am 70
Why Alcaraz if his Dad last name is Gonzalez?
His Dad is Carlos Alcaraz Gonzalez
The Real Scolidad :)
However, he is most similar to Novak, wheh he plays.
😁
His hair cut looks like Djokovic...who is a man with principles. And the way he plays in court, also like Djokovic, not lots of rituals
Typical obnoxious comment from a Novak fan. This is why Novak has the least popular fan base.
@@LeadfootLou Your comment is even more obnoxious. Typical from Nadal fans.
But thankfully he doesn't bounce the ball six billion times between points. Not that that's a ritual or anything... 🙄
