I saw him in person at Indian Wells in 2022 and 2023 - his leg muscles in particular showed how much work he had done in the past year. His trainer must be very good and Carlos very motivated. Carlos and his team have such a nice spirit.

It is an eye opener when one sees how much time they spend training, and how many different training techniques they employ. Their entire life is revolving around training and tennis. We just see them on the court and think: yeah they practice tennis, but behind the scenes that is really interesting.

Carlos Alcaraz is an extraordinary player, his state of mind is just impressive. Since his arrival on the professional tennis scene, I find that he has revolutionized this sport in all areas, that's what makes him so special. he feels tennis very well like no one else, he brings an undeniable freshness to this sport. I wish him an insolent success because he has tratospheric tennis qualities. Watching Carlos Alcaraz is like watching a world championship boxing match.

    Very interesting squat machine!!
He is one of the fittest tennis player ever, together with Djokovic. His leg speed is beyond all other. So from that he gets advantage towatds all other top players.
But in tennis the mental toughness together with resimience makes the difference on top. He is tough enpugh, althoug have lost too some matches lately.
If avoid bad injuries, his time on top lasts long time, even decades.

Sometimes, I felt Federer was too casual in his play believing in his natural talent while handling the likes of Nadal and Djokovic and sometimes could not handle when put under sustained defensive pressure by these two. Alcaraz looks far more serious to complement his natural talent further.
