    SESSION DESCRIPTION: This session aims to break barriers and build bridges for mental health in wellness for Black males. Through open dialogue, this session will emphasize the importance of recognizing and addressing the unique challenges that hinder the personal growth and development of Black males. Together, we will build bridges that lead to enhanced mental well-being and a resilient, empowered Black community. Join us in this critical endeavor to unlock the potential of our sons, brothers, and ourselves, contributing to a stronger and united future for all.
    LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
    1. Explore barriers to help-seeking among Black men.
    2. Discuss how toxic masculinity can negatively impact health and well-being.
    3. Identify strategies to help Black men increase their self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, and utilize effective coping skills.
