Can't you solve that stove jack hole, being too large, by installing a silicone stove jack?

It is a silicone stove jack. Not sure what you meant by that but it is silicone. The hole is huge but I found one on Amazon for $25 that's the right size. We just haven't had this out again but it is great and holds the heat really well.
