It is used to stamp the stock with small cavities that fit the vise jaws.

Hi, how long time can I learn to make it on PC?
that part is not that hard to design .. I can design it in just a few hours on the solid works.. but machining it is not that easy to set up to finish part and probably will take more time than designing it .. if I win a lottery, I will buy this machine the very first item on my bucket list.. I do not need any Ferrari , I just can make one on my own even better!...
if you win the lottery and have bought a machine, let me know. I want to see your better version of a Ferrari :)
HaHA ! - designing a part isn't just about being fairly good at modelling...it's about making the part cheap as possible and just adequate for it's function which has very little to do with coming up with a cad model !
