  • Important to get the squat patterning right before you do any vertical load into the knees, so the band is used for hip / glute strengthening and to help you keep awareness of your knee alignment during the movement.

    In this series of videos I will show all the exercises that are in Stage 2 (weeks 3-4) in the 12 week Knee + Patello-femoral Rehab program.
