    A strong body and hips for a dancer is imperative if you want results and want to dancer lighter, faster, cleaner.
    When I worked on my core, and the correct muscles for developpê, which includes a lot of the deep rotators - my balance improved when in these extended poses as well as my height of leg and strength.
    This is what this workout is all about!

      How many sets do you do, and how often do you do them? Every third day, or every weekday?

    Seems clear you love your art and to share it. Much of the progress an athlete makes in their sport or art amounts to the quality of instruction and support they receive from their coaches; or, as in your case - ballet master. I never realized how important nurturing the discipline of training is for the physical and mental strength needed to advance technically as a dancer. And, your dealing with girls and women all at different places in their lives. How you draw that out and motivate it is different for each dancer. There are priceless life lessons to be taught and learned from ballet training that a girl carries with her into adulthood. The trick to it all, as far as the dancer is concerned is to stay positive and keep focused.

    Hello Isabella. I hope your having a great day. This is a very helpful routine. Could you showcase a pointe/arch improvement routine for foot flexibility. I have a hard time pointing my toes in my gymnastics class when I do exercises like; L sits, leg raises, handstands, splits, etc. My feet are weak and cramp up. Also I lack in arches. Have a great day Isabella. Wishing you the best!🙏🙏

    So what muscle are actually strengthening to hold up the leg an is there any other way?

    • @mabharry1458
      @mabharry1458 Рік тому +2

      I actually think it is a hip muscle. I don’t know the exact name, but you definitely shouldn’t feel it all in your quads. Then you’re doing it wrong. I did it wrong for quite some years, wondering why my leg wouldn’t get above 90 degrees. Turns out I just used the wrong muscles. Maybe as a test to feel the muscles that you are supposed to use, just lift your leg with your hands (make sure it is turned out) and then let go of it, trying to keep it at that height. Then you feel it kinda cramping. I don’t know if you just wanted to know the name of the muscle and are already doing it right, but I hope it helped.

      @@mabharry1458 ok, because sometimes I would follow the same excersize seen an having the right posture an doing the same movement but the result from it is totally different from what is seen an what is expected. This is why I ask what muscle to be work out an if there is any other way
