@tonyyoung6738 I have not! The only other hotel in the area that I’ve been to is Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall back in 2016 & I preferred Ocean Eden Bay over that because of the amount of restaurants & amenities available
I asked because Rui is completely trash, lol our plan was to stay at the Excellence Oyster Bay for our anniversary for a week early, August 24 they notified me a week out that the rooms we paid up front for wasn't now 100% guarantee as agreed on back in Feb when booked tf is right lastly this will be my last trip to Ja, Mexico 3 start resorts offer waaaaay more even tho they claim 5star check out Platinum yucatan princess, but only book on the Platinum side Bc all the action is just outside those two buildings ttyl 👋
I only went to the beach 1 or 2 days, but it was nice. The water was warm, I didn’t wasn’t bothered but the rocks in the water but some of my family wore water shoes. I did not see any fish!

Hello did you have to rent the cabana by the pool or are they for privilege room ?
They’re included with privilege!
How much extra was it for privilege package?
I don’t remember exactly - but on the reservation site, you can see the options for a privilege suite to compare with the standard room
When do they do the show with the dinner?
They do it a few times a week - I think it was on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. I definitely recommend it, if you’re there on one of those days!
