For an another awesome workout today.i was late on .but made it.i worked very hard again .and I really challenged myself .I pushed hard .and got another great sweat on.i really felt the burn..I was so on fire as always .I really love challenging myself and working so so hard .and regaining my fitness .I am still getting much fitter and stronger with each workout.thank you chris .for an awesome Wednesday workout. Wow, that was such a great workout! Time flew by, and I couldn't believe that it was almost 1 hour. I really liked the 2 "long" rounds of different exercises because that way, I didn't have the feeling that it was too repetitive.

50 minutes of strength is so much more intense than 50 minutes of cardio. I feel like I just ran a marathon! Well, I've never run a marathon. So, feels like a 5K? ;-)
