    No equipment is needed.
    We will take this time to get deeper into stretching to help release tight muscles and relax your entire body!
    Do this in the morning, after a workout, or before bed, but just do it!

    This is one of my absolute favorite stretch routines. I have done it so much I can just about recite the whole thing, but I still love it and it always feels so good. It always makes me giggle when you tell Vanessa & Amanda that they should hang out, knowing what we know now. 😅 Feeling great. Thank you!

    30 minutes of kickboxing followed by 20 mintues of A-h-h-h-h-h-h-h. This was so good. I love the stretches.

    I'm tired because I didn't sleep well last night, but I pushed myself to do the cardio kickboxing this morning and this mobility. It felt great after the shoulder workout from yesterday. Just what I needed. I have to know though. Did you ever find that pant suit?

    Thanks, Chris. This was great, especially the hip flexor stretches. I was able to hold my feet w/o getting a cramp today. Side note...years ago we had a llasa apso, Mandi, who would steal underwear and bras.
