@@SiamBoxing and no one getting brained sparring, guess what, everyone will be hammering out training sessions into their 60’s. At some stage would be great to hear the coach talk shop about how he runs the gym.

What makes these two so special is the depth of technique that the coach has embedded in Haggerty. So many set-ups, faints and such a good eye for opportunities, exactly where his flow and relaxed approach makes him shine! Awesome content, awesome to watch.

Among all of Jonathan's threatening weapons, the most intimidating one is his elbows. They can knock his opponents out all at the once. Great VDO again.

Love watching someone hit the pads exactly the same as they fight. Too many folk hit the pads with style then loose the substance when actually fighting.

That’s a great point, transferring what you learn on the pads into a fight is of paramount importance.
yep and for that for the most part you cannot go wrong with pure basics only few can pull of high level moves in the heat of a fight.
yes train how you fight is key. Haggerty is a mega talent who can throw insane shots how you see him training is how you see him fighting.

Aside from the bond between the two of them , coach a great teaching , background , the fighter tremendous creativity on his kicks / elbows anticipation on his moves which is key in these martial arts . Smart fighter . 🙏🏻
