I'm disappointed that, in this video, we don't see at the end a person unboxing the final product and making use of it, as we usually do. Joke aside, great video, as always.
Very Interesting video. Just one thing though!! The rigger installed the swift lifts the wrong way around. The “tongue” is meant to face the hook.. 9:48.
I already worked installing these pieces that we call in Brazil duela and some we assembled on site because of the difficult access, it was a lot of work because in the assembly I used wooden panels.
Ive got something to say: Is the maximum granulate size smaller than 1/4 to 1/5 the time of the smallest distance of rebar to a side? Or 1/4 to 1/5 the size of the smalles dimension of the concrete. If it is larger than that, the concrete mixture is not right. It is weaker than it should have been. And you should make smaller granulate. If you do that, your concrete should last a lot longer. Maybe a more oily substance on the molds will make for a cleaner mold afterwards (???). The concrete box looks clean though. They need to add a vibrator the the sides of the mold. Or at least vibrate more. There are a lot of places where there is no concrete but air inclusion. Maybe they consider it up to spec. But its easy to adjust, and will give better results. A better product for almost no extra effort. Will it cost that much more to do it really right? With steel fibers you can do without the rebar, and save a lot of time. Is that worth it? I like the steaming and the gymnastics though! And the sock bands. :) This is super quick with turnaround time. That steam. :D Greetings, Jeff
Your comment is exactly right, the pebble/or rubble size seems to be larger when comparing them to the rebar density. Also instead of using steel rebar, it is more desirable to use GFRP(=Glass Reinforced Fiber Plastic) type rebar. No rust and higher tensile strength they have, and cheaper than steel rebar.

Anyway "KC" production facility is one of the best one and the making process looks excellent. So the Culvert quality would be guaranteed. And I know they also provide high quality Pre-fabricated House with this system.
