    Power dribble+up and under 5 makes each way.
    Power dribble+up and under reverse 5 makes each way.
    1 dribble floater(off the glass)
    4 makes each side.
    1 dribble floaters (all rim) 4 makes each way.
    High scoops 4 makes each way.
    Rip middle+change direction+floater 3 makes each way.
    Rip baseline+change direction+step thru 3 makes each way.
    Attack baseline+dribble thru+floater 3 makes each way.
    Double move+same hand/foot finish 3 makes each way.
    Double move+fake pass to corner+layup 3 makes each way.
    Between+half spin+change direction+reverse finish 3 makes each way.
    Between float+cross float+between+floater 3 makes each way.
    Between attack+spin+inside hand finish 2 makes each way.

    Props to today's sponsor, it would definitely be amazing if you cover a pre and post workout routine you do for longevity and injury prevention. I know many of us could use more tools when it comes to staying consitent with physical performance, especially the ones hooping 10+ hours a week. EDIT > I also meant to say show us a no equipment version of them, something we can do on the court before starting our drills. If you do calisthenics / gym I'd love a quick rundown of your fave sets.

    jus a question if anyone has the time to answer, why jump/jump high on layups? been hoopin for a while but never understood something’s that are common like jumping on layups. is it to not get blocked or have a higher chance of making it?

      yea the main reason is jumping and extending your arm is you can be more certain for not gettin blocked and keep the ball more distant from defender also if you lay more close to the basket there are higher chance to put that lay easier than just standing
