Honestly, this you can keep super simple, but your body might hate you after. 1. Defensive slides with you pinky or thumb touching and dragging across the court from foul line to foul line. As fast as you can btw. 2. defensive slide circuit. from deep corner to free throw line, from free throw line diagonally to side line (scorer’s table), to other court free throw line to other court deep corner
Can we get a defensive workout I used to be lock down in 8th but I'm going into my freshman season and I feel like I'm getting cooked recently against varsity talent
