      Honestly, this you can keep super simple, but your body might hate you after. 1. Defensive slides with you pinky or thumb touching and dragging across the court from foul line to foul line. As fast as you can btw.
      2. defensive slide circuit. from deep corner to free throw line, from free throw line diagonally to side line (scorer’s table), to other court free throw line to other court deep corner

      All depends on your skill level, the fact that you’re messing up is a good sign because you’re pushing yourself. Strive to have more makes then the last time you completed the workout to measure progress

      They take me around an hour depends on what type of skill I am working on. For example, Im a good midrange and three point shooter but I struggle with advanced ball handling and finishing so these type of workouts take me a little longer

      When I first started maybe a month or two ago the Michael Jordan one took me around 2 hours, now after practicing and also having days where I only work on accuracy it takes maybe an hour and 20 min, just keep grinding and your efficiency will go up and your reps will get faster/cleaner and it won’t take as long

      Takes me about 30 minutes without the freethrows, the Dwayne wade one was about 45 minutes with freethrows and the curry one took me two hours
