Attacking at different angles is important too, especially if you’re a smaller player because attacking at different angles forces the defender to open up, you can’t always score on someone head on, especially if they’re stronger than you. 2 foot finishes help a lot too, basketball is all about adapting and working smarter not harder.
Funny thing is I worked on a lot of floater and 2 foot finishes for my morning workout today. Then to come home and see this video was uploaded definitely was dope to see and inspiring. I will be adding some of these to my next workout for sure 💪🏾 🔥🔥
Another great efficient workout! I have been working on these finishing workouts for the whole offseason now and my attacking and finishing game has gotten a lot better. I have another suggestion. You think you can do all around workout, even ball handling, focusing on change of pace. I think pace is much as important as finishing off 2 feet and triple threat.
