Hi David and everyone.
First of all, I want to thank you very much David, thanks to the tutorial I finally got 34 km/h from Xiaomi 365 PRO.
However, I had a few inconveniences that I wanted to share:
1) After downloading and installing BLE 074, two red zeros appeared on the display -> Don't panic, apparently the .zip was downloaded incorrectly, delete the already downloaded one and download and install a new one again until the zeros are white.
2) After installing XIAOGEN it was not possible to upgrade to 204 at any cost -> Do not panic, check that you filled in the serial number correctly. Really check each piece of information carefully and reinstall XIAOGEN.
3) If a red wrench with red numbers appears -> This is caused "Add system parameter to the display" disable this option and everything should work fine.
Follow David's tutorial and everything should be fine.

Simone Orsi È esattamente come descritto nel video. Al momento non ha funzionato perché avevo un altro custom firmware con version spoofing (555 invece che 155). Ho dunque riflashato un firmware senza spoofing (versione 155) e poi seguito l’esatta procedura mostrata nel video (compresi doppio “check version” e doppio flashing). Non dovresti avere lo stesso problema partendo da un firmware originale.

Hi. I'd do first the traditional hacking, and once you have the DRV 1.5.5 and BLE 090 or 074 following a previous video ua-cam.com/video/OmotrfQRbIU/v-deo.html, then follow this new process.

I don't know if it would help but in my personal case, I did the xiaomi update (I like to make it all fresh again) and then it was impossible to go back to the ble74 or even 90 with the DownG app, but it worked with the "app Xiaoflasher" then I did exactly as David for the rest and all worked fine

HI there, thanks so much for this helpful video, it was wonderful and clearly explained. I have the 365 pro and additional battery using RITA. I broke my last circuit board (error 40) and have ordered a new one as well as some thermal paste to cool the mosfets. My question is that which value do I want to change for the additional battery please? Also can I check that I change it to 51 (guessing it's the voltage option) I literally want to double check before I flash a new board, don't want to break another. Regards, Kate

Thanks, you need the BLE 090 or 074 in the pro and the BLE 073 in the m365 standard. My advise is the BLE 074, because works great and, allows you to use more settings in the custom firmware. However, the 090 is perfectly fine

Hi, David! Thanks for the tutorial. I have a Xiaomi M365 Pro that I just bought 2 weeks ago. Using your videos, I was able to downgrade the BLE to 0.7.4, then CFW 1.5.5 and finally Xiaogen 2.0.4. It was easy peasy! Just one question, my battery is around 97% of the charge and the range/autonomy is around 19km. Is this right? I thought the range was around 25 miles (40 km). Thanks again!
It says 20 kmh when it is in sport mode fully charged.U can change to drive and eco so u have more kmh.Even before this program ur scooter wasnt able to drive 40 kmh in sport mode.Mine scooter was able to drive 25 and now it can drive 22 23.Also This red light isnt always right.Smtms it says 2 or 3 kmh less than ur actual remaining distance.
Well... as Nikolac, sorry for the spelling, said, sport mode with extra increase in power will reduce autonomy. I usually drive in drive mode, hot sport only when needed, and when I have less then 25%, more or less, use eco mode.

Max speed is 33 km/h, then scooter cuts power, but it's ok. I changed only current in S to 27000 mA and disabled 10" tires. Maybe I'll try standard throttle with these new indications and features. Thanks! David.

Hi! Yes you can follow these steps and you'll get it as you want. You can use 26000 or 25000 instead of 27000 as maximum value

Hello - how do you downgrade back to stock firmware? I'd like to make some changes, specifically losing the russian throttle. If I create a version of the firmware with the throttle option unchecked will it go back to stock, or ignore that area cmpletely because it's unchecked? Thanks!

I had previously used the old method, but I made sure to follow the video perfectly.
Now my scooter is reading 99 km/h when not moving and it's red, the maintence indicator is also lighting up red. It appears to still work, but it's not ideal and the speedometer isn't working correct.
EDIT: I'm a total idiot... I realize what's going on :D

Why's it red and why is my maintence on? - Red doesn't bother me, maintence makes me curious though.
It's working correctly. It's showing you the battery porcentaje left. The red indicator is on purpose to show you that is extra info on your display

I did the procedure but cruise control was not working as expected so I used the mi app to update to original fw. To my surprise it updated BLE to the latest official but all custom options are still there and the Mi app is showing that it's updated to the latest version 1.6.8. Now everything is working as expected, cruise control and no speed limit, display still showing all custom stuff ... Can this cause problems later on?
Don't worry, no problem. Also, soon will be a new version, that will probably improve and fox some bugs

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but every mode (E,D&S) are giving me a speed of 21/22mph regardless of what I change on xioagen, how can I decrease?

It's normal, in fact I strongly recommend not to use the Xiaomi app. Use either M365 dashboard or M365 tools, they are brilliant

Hello Great video I have just installed a clone Pro dashboard on my M365 but version is -10412. Hopefully I can put your version on it? Also the option for No BMS data battery looks good so can fit a larger battery bank with your own BMS without issues?
Hi! I don't know of is possible in your case. I heard some people having a lot of problems with the clone dashboard. I wouldn't recommend to do this with the clone. I'll let you know if there is a way as soon as I figure out
@@DavidTechEnglish I am working on the default version but if I try to add different features they don't seem to work. Think the only way is to use Stlink on the clone and put on BLE 074

Any ideas why my m365 pro won't go faster than 32km/h? I flashed exactly same firmware as shown twice (first I got DRV 200 and then 204). All the features works like the battery percent thing when not driving but still have the speed limit.
HELLO I have a new M365 Pro scooter, I played Fashion Xiaogen on it, everything went beautiful. I did the first charging in fashion yesterday from 20% to 85%, the display showed 12% of the charge, but the scooter did not want to go anymore, I went home and decided to charge it to Max. 99% on the display instead of 100% E7 showed and what happened The scooter turns on in sport mode, goes max 21 km / h Drive 14 km / h eco 10 km / h I had a mod made in a sport where I rode 31 km / h. No i know why it happened after full charge. someone wrote to me in another group that my fuse has blown. not to drive or operate. I went back to the original software and the Scooter works like it was at the beginning of sport 26, drive 20, eco 16. Now I'm just worried whether I should bring the fuse to the service or blown it. Nothing will show any errors in the application. The service key is also not displayed.

David, for the free-ride the motor doesnt disable totaly. The max speed in a descend is 35km.
That's is because the anticlonck. Basically kers is off, but, with anticlonck feature on, the engine still getting power to avoid abruptness when you accelerate again after free ride

Bro i have another question. I set all settings exactly as yours. When i reach 35km/h i can feel the motor braking and not as smooth as the stock. It seems like it wont allow me to go beyond 35kmh. It also brakes even in downhill.. is it because i set the limit 35km/h? How can i remove
You can try the other throttle settings and see which one fits your needs better
My scooter is doing the same, its the russsian throttle it act weird at top speed

I have completed it. Everything is working OK except for when I am in eco mode the display turns red instead of blue and shows 1 red bar of battery. The scooter works fine, even in eco, its just the display is red. Is this normal?
Thanks! That's because one of the options. Probably you have setup that in ECO mode swap the speedometer with the battery charge

@@wakystudios6774 You're probably right. I'm keeping testing different parameters. What BLE do you have? 090 or 074?
@@DavidTechEnglish I have Ble 0.74. I haven't done a proper test I just noticed when I went up to 20ish the speed turned red. Cool feature if it is like rev limiter! I like to keep the scooter within its limits.

Hi i done a hack on firmware, i done exactly how it was showed on this channel but my Bluetooth now does not work or connect to any app and i am stuck with hacked version. Any tips and tricks to hard reset of firmware so i can reset the to factory setting. thanks
If you have the BLE 074, won´t connect to the offical app. It´s better use M365 tools or M365 dashboard. anyway, the BT is enable for few seconds after you turn on the scooter, then switches off
Can you please make a guide for m365 standard? Or its the same process?
I’ve got a m365 w/m365 pro display when I turn it on it only stays on 5-10 seconds before turning off. Check version says only 10213 BMS & 10412 BLE. Any ideas?

Tried this on 365 pro and wanna go bac to stock. Flashed ble90 then went to Xiaomi app it said there is a new firmware and flashed 1.7.1 but scoot still flashing E4 and has features from this firmware. How to get it back to stock?

Thank you! You can flash another XiaoGen firmware whenever you want, and you 9nly need to do it once now, not twice. In a couple of days I'll realese a new video explaining all the settings

Hi. I have normal M365 with PRO display version. BMS 126/DRV 205/BLE 74 - cannot set speedlimit in ECO/Normal mode, even I set it in the portal. all modes got 33km/h max. is there bug in the portal that generates the custom firmware?
Hey guys, I came from work today 10.8.2020 and found that my son had switch on my xiaomi m365pro and left it on the whole day and now I cannot switch it off. The power button is not responding....... I tried connecting the scooter to charge but the screen display 77% battery life and when I remove the power cable, scooter is still on.... Any idea to get my scooter back to normal would be qppreciated.....
I bought my M365 a in april and it had the version v1.7.1. Does this works for this version and does it have disadvantages ?
It should work. The main point to do this is to unlock speed limits, and customise your own firmware.
I dont know why it didnt worked for me, i patched a firmware that i made with this App and after i had a drv version 200 and the scooter was dead,, and i couldnt downgrade it again, to make it work again i had to reset the controller with ST-Link and then flash a custom firmware V155 with the normal DownG (Not the XG mod) . Am i doing something wrong?

I did the hack but now when it's fully charged it says that I have 20 km remaining distance in sport (it is flashing in red every 12 sec).Do I really have this amount of battery?
No. It's just a value that can changed while making the custom firmware
I put an extra battery of 15mAH now I have the 12,800 mAH +15 =27,800 mAH (range 70-90 km). Speed is 38km/h (was 35km/h before) - is there any modificaton you have to do on firmware when u have extra battery? Besides power charge mode disabling? I was thinking to increase voltage from 29 000 to around 31 000 maybe? Full charge 40 km/h? Or I push it too much? It's already huge. 38 km full charge, 34-35 3 lines of battery. I'll leave it like this, won't risk it. :D
There is a section for the external battery, however, as I don't have one, not sure about the best settings there. Regarding increasing the voltage limits, specially with S1, I would consider to reinforce the controller. There are tutorials on how to do that, to be on the safe side. Also, I might disable the kers, because you will put so much current on the controller using kers with the extra battery, at least reinforce the welding of the controller. But I'm not an expert in external battery

I downloaded the latest version 4 and my bms 126 ble 0.90 ! Should it be 0.74 ble or not it seems to work great at ble 0.90. Or is there a difference in setting up parameters on the firmware ble 0.74.

Hi just wondering if I have done something wrong. When I downgraded BLE to .74 my dashboard speed changed from white to Red. I then upgraded the new firmware but DRV says 555. Not sure if it's worked because it still turns the light on with single click not double tap. How do I rectify this ? Thank you

Hey David, so I was able to do this to my scooter and got good results.
HOWEVER, I'm no longer able to connect my scooter with the Xiaomi Home app, the Bluetooth won't register at all, the screen LED is constantly red and displays the code E7.
Is there something wrong with the connectivity and how can I reverse this, especially since the Bluetooth won't register (won't even connect to the downG app)

The Bluetooth is enable the first initial seconds after powering on the scooter, then goes off. With ble 074 you won't connect with Xiaomi app. Use m365 dashboard or m365 tools, much better than Xiaomi app.

Hi i followed the instructions and also put on my correct serial number and on completion after doing it twice as agreed. The scooter ( M365 Pro ) flashes E3 then in red 19 also with a red spanner. I can switch between modes with one tap now but no speedo just the E3 ??
Hi. Did you fix that problem? I got exactly same after flashing all correctly. It supposed to show battery percentage when stop but instead it is E3 all the time when not driving. You can disable Swap speed and charge output on the display option in firmware creator which get rid of E3 but it's not the proper solution. I want to see battery remaining showing in red. Also if you disable option Add system parameter to the display it will get rid of red 19 with spanner (although this is correct behavior) cheers

Hi Karnye. I hope you're having a wonderful day. Yes the battery will indeed brain faster your the scooter will be draining higher amount of power from the battery generally, the higher the induced speed input resulting in a reduced range. However, for those after a higher speed the scooter is pretty much capable to exceed the manufactored and programmed setting but with increased stress on the components. The range will depend on many variables such at the environment, the riders weight, the speed driven and more. Have a lovely day

I have a BIG problem here, i did the first custom firmware and install like you teach, works very fine, but i did another custom making some little changes in the cruise control and i try to install this new one, when my DRV shows 200 and the scooter stop woking. I've been trying over the last 4 hours today, try different custom firmware, upgrade the BLE, downgrade again, update in the xiaomi app, etc etc and nothing works. I think i crash my scooter... Please i need help!!!

Is this error code after this: red light saying 17 and wrench kind of warning light on at the same time but change to 00 (red light) after 1 sec.
That 17 should be ur remaining distance and it flashes in the screen every 12 sec

With the BLE 074 is normal. If you want to use the Xiaomi app, you only need to change your BLE to 090

Hi. Yes it's normal. The BLE 074 os desgined to do that. No need for the Xiaomi app. M365 tools or M365 dashboard wayyyy better. If you want to update to the official firmware using the Xiaomi app you only need to put BLE 090

You can use this with the regular m365. You need to use lower values for power. I don't use external battery, can't advise about values. You may want to try different settings and see what works better for you

With this firmware is different, you setup the limits as you saw in the video, but it's better. If you don't like the Russian throttle, you change the Alternative throttle control algorithm to a different mode, like speed control or line power. There few options check the one you like better

If you are happy with your scooter now, thee is no need to do anything else, as I always say. I don't have the normal m365, so I can't test it for you. But there are plenty of videos for the normal edition too
