This is literally the best new feature for Premiere, has really reduced my editing time!

I do this for capcut. After I put a video on the timeline, I do speech to text and then edit the video based on what the text says. Not quite as fast as Adobe but much faster than just trying to find the right clips as you go

CapCut actually has the transcribe feature now too , where it highlights your pauses and filler words , and you can edit them out as you please.

@@hamssobaihSome features are free. And the Pro ones you can get a subscription for them. It’s cheaper to have a yearly subscription instead of Monthly. I hope that helps.

Honestly the only reason I still use premiere pro. I use Davinci Resolve but their text based editing makes too harsh of cuts, but the transcription is 100x better so I use it for subtitles/captions. If you want to focus mainly on text based editing though, Descript is still the best on the market by far.
