Uhhh what? You can’t be a Marth main 😅 F-smash on shield is INCREDIBLY unsafe. One of the easiest things to wavedash OOS and grab. Zain just knows how to do it safely and to come back if he is punished. Most Marths that spam F-smash get demolished by chain grabs lol

In fact, check out the start of game 3. Zain F-smashes at the start, and Ossify gets a grab combo from it. Zain proceeds to not F-smash in neutral again for the rest of the stock and does it only one time in the rest of the game (midway through stock 2). Ossify finally punished the tactic, so Zain stopped. Top player mentality.
