I used to be a certified indoor cycling instructor years ago, but depression and then covid has me seriously out of shape. THIS CLASS was the first one I took in ages and I LOVED it. Loved the enthusiasm, and those killer arms were inspiration to keep moving. Twice I thought about giving up (I'm THAT out of shape!) but I stayed on the bike and kept peddling, and in a minute I was ready to pick it up again. It's only 20 minutes but I'm sweating like crazy and ready to melt in a puddle like that cute dog in the background. Awesome class, thank you!!
OMG - LOVED THIS!!! As an in-home hospice nurse, my schedule it ALL OVER THE PLACE. So it’s SO nice to have something I can go quickly - whether at the beginning of the day or at the end before call. Thank you, love! ❤

I can't believe how out of shape I am. That workout was a mix of euphoria that made me cry, sweat, racing heart and now that I'm done I feel nauseated. Plus I couldn't follow along to save my soul! But I know it will get better and I need this. I'll be back. ;) Thank you!
When I first got my bike (1-14 resistance levels) I did 7 min at a 2 and was wheezing! That was April 1st. For awhile I'd set my resistance at 1 or 2 levels below what you call out. Now I've been doing the same # as you're calling out for a few weeks and am almost ready to go up one! I can do 10s as a 12 on my resistance 💪💪. I was running half marathons before my kids and never thought I'd get back in that kind of shape. I'm not there yet, but I'm able to play with my kids so much more now. Thanks for all your work on these videos ❤
Kaleigh, you are my motivation! I started on a diet and I have owned a Bowflex bike for over a year but could find not one motivation to get in it. My wake-up call came when the scale registered 267lbs. I have always been heavy set but never in my life thought I would get so close to 300lbs. After starting my Keto diet and looking for videos to start using my bike, I found you. Fast forward 3weeks later I have lost 17lbs sticking to your videos every day taking maybe a day off here in there. I found this video yesterday and I can't explain how thankful I am! 20 mins with 10 mins of dessert have been easy the last two days. I wasn't motivated today but I knew that this class was, fun, challenging, and accessible! I really love how much you talk about form!

I recently took the 20-minute hip-hop spin virtual class, and it was an absolute blast! The instructor's energy was infectious, and the playlist was filled with high-energy hip-hop tracks that kept me motivated and engaged throughout the entire session. The class structure was perfect for a quick yet intense workout, seamlessly blending cycling with rhythm-based movements. I appreciated the clear instructions and the encouragement to push my limits. By the end of the class, I was drenched in sweat and had a huge smile on my face. It's a fantastic way to get a high-intensity workout in a short amount of time. Highly recommend!

I have been riding the bike for 2 and a half weeks, only doing 3 miles at one pace. I never thought I could do this but I did, with my own variance of paces and ended up going 4.5 miles and 22 minutes (2 minute cool down). I used to be in such great shape. Gym every day, cycle classes and I was a Zumba instructor. But the last 2 years I’ve gotten so out of shape and just basically quick working out and I’ve been so angry at myself for it. I've been doing your strength workouts for a few months now (love those!). Finally decided to try one of these just using my under desk bike to see what's what. I've been considering getting an upright bike for a bit now, and this workout kind of sold me. Thank you for including recumbent and otherwise bikers in your modifications. You're the best. Just finished this. Before I go to stretching, I want to let you know that this was the best workout I ever had! Just begun spinning and with this workout I paid full attention to my form, making sure my back doesn't curve, my wrists doesn't carry my weight etc and although I couldn't follow every move and every resistance change, I was able to give my best which feels great. The music also def. made it easier to get into mood and not give up. Thank you!

I’ve just done this yesterday on my new spin bike , I really enjoyed it , I’m diabetic an it lowered my blood sugar levels dramatically an I felt really good after going to be doing this daily.
This was another fabulous ride! Pushed me and I made it through! Lungs still hurting, ❤️ rate gets up to 176 so I knock it back. Burned 165 calories. 🙌🏽 Thank you! Virtual 🤗!

I was just told I have high cholesterol. I'm 36 and want to watch my kids grow up so I'm making some (difficult) changes after years of not taking care of my health. I got through most of this (the first video that popped up when I looked for "spin class for beginners") this morning but had to quit 😅 I'm looking forward to seeing how my endurance grows and hopefully in a week's time I'll be able to knock out the last 5 minutes! I love this! Bought a used bike over a year ago but just don’t like it, until this little hip hop ride. I love it - I’ve done it a few times. Dread the day I outgrow it because I don’t want to do any others 😂🤷🏻♀️❤️

Love having the “beginner” options . Even though they are labeled beginner, these workouts are no joke. Sweaty Betty all the way. I like to do one or two of these shorter rides during the week and then go crazy with the Saturday live rides. Perfect balance!

Thank you so much for these videos! I am not fond of cycling. I’m a runner. But after my 2nd hip labrum repair here recently, my surgeon is insisting that I find an alternative to my exercise routine to try and prevent another tear and potential hip replacement (I’m only 39!😢). I sucked it up and bought a DMASUN to try out cycling for a bit to see if I could stay motivated before I buy a higher end bike. Your videos have helped keep me motivated and I’m actually enjoying cycling more than I thought I would. Thank you!

This is my absolute favorite workout. I come back to it over and over. On those days when I know I need to move my body but don’t have it in me to push it to the max, this workout is perfection. And the cool down song reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite-bonus!!

I used to be in such great shape. Gym every day, cycle classes and I was a Zumba instructor. But the last 2 years I’ve gotten so out of shape and just basically quick working out and I’ve been so angry at myself for it. I’m trying to get back into a with a daily routine of 30 minutes of any movement and I loved adding this video! Thank you 🙏

I've been doing your strength workouts for a few months now (love those!). Finally decided to try one of these just using my under desk bike to see what's what. I've been considering getting an upright bike for a bit now, and this workout kind of sold me. Thank you for including recumbent and otherwise bikers in your modifications. You're the best.

Awesome! Almost 1 year out of the gym life, here I am. Love this workout as a “welcome back”.
Just finished this. Before I go to stretching, I want to let you know that this was the best workout I ever had! Just begun spinning and with this workout I paid full attention to my form, making sure my back doesn't curve, my wrists doesn't carry my weight etc and although I couldn't follow every move and every resistance change, I was able to give my best which feels great. The music also def. made it easier to get into mood and not give up. Thank you!

I’ve just done this yesterday on my new spin bike , I really enjoyed it , I’m diabetic an it lowered my blood sugar levels dramatically an I felt really good after going to be doing this daily.

I was just told I have high cholesterol. I'm 36 and want to watch my kids grow up so I'm making some (difficult) changes after years of not taking care of my health. I got through most of this (the first video that popped up when I looked for "spin class for beginners") this morning but had to quit 😅 I'm looking forward to seeing how my endurance grows and hopefully in a week's time I'll be able to knock out the last 5 minutes! Thank you for your video. I am recovering from acl surgery and my surgeon recommended bike to help with the recovery along with my Pt. Not clear to stand on the bike yet. I love this! Bought a used bike over a year ago but just don’t like it, until this little hip hop ride. I love it - I’ve done it a few times. Dread the day I outgrow it because I don’t want to do any others 😂🤷🏻♀️❤️

Love having the “beginner” options . Even though they are labeled beginner, these workouts are no joke. Sweaty Betty all the way. I like to do one or two of these shorter rides during the week and then go crazy with the Saturday live rides. Perfect balance!

Thank you so much for these videos! I am not fond of cycling. I’m a runner. But after my 2nd hip labrum repair here recently, my surgeon is insisting that I find an alternative to my exercise routine to try and prevent another tear and potential hip replacement (I’m only 39!😢). I sucked it up and bought a DMASUN to try out cycling for a bit to see if I could stay motivated before I buy a higher end bike. Your videos have helped keep me motivated and I’m actually enjoying cycling more than I thought I would. Thank you!

This is my absolute favorite workout. I come back to it over and over. On those days when I know I need to move my body but don’t have it in me to push it to the max, this workout is perfection. And the cool down song reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite-bonus!!
