My sol is a garage queen for the winter ! But I got another sol! Winter beater: super pumped for that

Winters here in Oregon aren't that bad. In the valley we get snow maybe a few days a year. But it rains a lot. I normally park the EJ1 in the garage from November to spring time. I try and get things done on the Civic durning that time. This winter I want to start getting ready for paint in the spring. I want to get all the body work done and get it sanded down and ready to be sprayed.
Floridaaaaaa!!!! That said, I’m not doing anything different that what I’ve already been doing. Buy and collect parts for the del Sol re-build.
Keep killing it bro! One of the most underrated channels around.
Winter here in Florida is great.I actually get drive my Civic more because it has no A/C. Go to more meets and race. Summer is to hot Cruze around work on my cars.
I complain when its cold also, lol. Now that we have our own heated shop, not that bad this year! All the hondas chillin inside this winter!!
I live in BC Canada my car is a garage queen from oct-march. To keep myself busy I have a bunch of parts to put on and small little projects to start and finish during the cold season.
What winter?? I'm in Florida lol. We'll get a chilly week in January maybe, but that's about it.
However, over the "Winter" months, myself and a few of the homies will be doing everything we can to prep for next year's show season. I myself have a ton of stuff to do to the Del Sol before it's show ready. I should be able to get most of it done before March/April. I know you've been following the build on IG and I greatly appreciate the support brother. Stay tuned, there's plenty more to come :)

The CB7 Accord is put on jack stand and covered up for the winter.. Too cold to work on anything in NYC thats not an emergency. But I plan to build a welding station in the garage and teach myself how to weld. If I can do that it will help alot with the Fab work when spring comes.
This is the first time in 13 years I don’t have a full sized GM suv on winter tires. I’ll be driving a TSX on 18” Michelin x-ice winters, snow plow. If I can catch some fresh snow before they salt I’ll be out in my ek, Torsen diff in winter conditions works fantastic. Was near freezing this evening, working on aem ems cold start. So much fun! They other Hondas are parked, my ej1 doesn’t even see rain.
We still do meets in the cold. Some times.

Book track days further south, lol. Seriously though - East TN is far enough north it sometimes snows, but far enough south that it's rare in great amounts. So I try to plan any anticipated maintenance when less is going on. If the NSX doesn't need anything then as long as it's not a blizzard between me and some track in FL, TX, LA, etc with a year-round season then I'm at least looking at some travel (pre-covid and excepting obvious holidays).

Im up in oregon getting ready for it to start dumping snow. Just got some new studded snow tires and i plan on utilizing my adjustable coil overs to lift my hatch up a bit to keep from ripping my bumpers off. Should be fine but i do plan on getting an awd 1st gen crv for next winter to handle it better

And if they didn’t make it I had to figure it out I had the some problem with the Acura TL but different is good and my bb is a gk5 same problem but being unique is great and when people like your stile it makes you do it more
Oh good old winter the secret is Long johns, sweats,and a pair of jeans or dickies if you got them followed by wife beater, 2shirts and a hoodie. Gloves but I always loose them and a beanie. Heater would be nice but some of us dont have one so take breaks every now and then.🥶✌
Winter season is build season
Yeah i don't think I've ever had to "winter prep" my car. Living in California has its benefits, Generally a good set of wipers and a decent set of tires is "good enough" winter prep for me. That's probably the only thing preventing me from switching to the subaru game, the fact that i don't necessarily need anything more than my Honda Fit living in California.
My Ferio is in garage and the snake started last month I live in north idaho! As I know me i came from California ! And how I deal with snow or winter? I used a propane heater in my garage and I work on it most of the time .. and I also have an awd crv and take it for a fun ride in the snow!! .. I used to love summer but since I moved here I’m loving the winter more than summer .. and this is my 3rd winter ..
Just get a car cover. My trunk leaks somewhere and I can't find it so I just throw a car cover on it.
My sol the body is pretty str8 no rust but the roof seals are bad mostly original si rims si seats..though they are ratty im either gonna sale it or str8 gut it roll cage and make a track car not sure
