tights then hold another man close. I played football where I got to hit people hard from the safety position. After high school I was in department of correction special operations for years and years where I had to fight inmates all the time so ya, talk some more shit from your couch.

Man DC is the GOAT in and out of the Cage. He is defending his HW belt for the first time on a three week short notice against a very dangerous and much bigger guy and he is here investing time in young kids. Heard he uses all his training money to fly this kids around the nation to compete. What a great selfless human being.

Not taking anything away from DC buy Derrick Lewis is in no way a dangerous opponent for DC. Derrick literally gases out during the first round and relies on lucky power shots to win. He was losing the whole fight with Volkov till Volkov got careless and caught one square on the chin. Dc’s first title defense will be a cake walk and everyone knows this.
Wil he is creating a promising school of fighters, but im much more sure of great human beings

I read somewhere DC didn't even train any striking until his 30's. If that is true that is amazing considering how he can stand up with those guys in UFC. Guy knocked out a striker like Miocic and beat Gustafson in boxing. Legend in and outside of Octagon

i'd live a life of constant work with only 5-6 hours sleep per day to have DC train me how to be one of the best if not the best wrestler. These kids seem to recognise they're blessed to be taught by DC, no idea why he gets so much hate. Funny ass guy who works his ass off at 39 years of age, you just have to respect it.
Nathan Hollow DC doesn't get hate anymore. The fans have loved him since he fought Jon. Yeah, he used to get hate but the MMA community loves this dude more than anyone else now.

I miss wrestling back in high school. Im 29 years old now but I used to have a friend called John Thomas (JT) that used to just like DC personality wise. He was a skillful wrestler too.
It is so cool to see top pro fighters were nurturing the next generation .
Its crazy to think all these kids raised in MMA coming down the pipeline. Every year we are going to be seeing better and better fighters.

The difference between double Champs. One disses an opponent for teaching kids jiu jitsu like passing on knowledge is a bad thing. The other proudly coaches a kids wrestling team and takes time out of his short camp to travel to Vegas with them. DC to go down as best ever after he retires.
Conor meant that Nate acts like a gangster but teaches kids jiu jitsu and goes on bike rides with the eldary... and that is not gangster. I don't think he disses him just for the fact that he is just teaching kids. That would have been dumb
