@@LegalMuva You’re welcome!! Congrats and no worries, I didn’t go with them because they didn’t have any available units when I moved. I went with the crossings (which was ok but wouldn’t really recommend) what’s you budget like I can recommend some places.
@@LegalMuva yeah I would def recommend a building if your going to stay in the city. But rent prices have gone up a lot, most 1bedrooms start at 1,400🥴 Here’s some places to check out: 2424 Tulane, the California building, the lumina, The Delaneaux. There really aren’t many and a lot of the ones I find are really dated. You may want to connect with a realtor. Hope this helps let me know if you have any other questions!
That's cool that your moving to a different state and your documenting it. I really liked the 3rd one. I liked the space of the apartment and the kitchen was my favorite part.

Where are these located? I live in New Orleans and I’m looking for exactly all of them, altho i like the 2nd one. The very furnished one. I just need to make sure that I’m in a decent area with decent residence. Thank you so much look forward to hearing your response
Np, glad it helped! I wanted to go somewhere that I was kinda familiar with and where I had some family, rather than moving to a new city completely alone.
@@karimahabdul1014 honestly, around that price I haven’t found many places in New Orleans but I’d recommend checking out Kenner or Metairie, LA it’s about 12-15 from the city and a nice area. Hey! It was pretty good all in all but I did recently move. I was there for 3 years and I met a lot of great people, there’s always something going on (festivals, parties, events) the food is the best part lol NOLA is a really unique place to live. on the downside I’m not a big party person anymore so I got bored with that, the cost of living doesn’t match the job market/opportunities, the hurricanes were the determining factor in me moving. I was spending a lot on traveling and displaced for a month after the most recent storm. Last thing is the crime rates I haven’t personally ran into any issues but I also stayed out of the way (in the house). As far as housing I was trying to find a place before I decided to move and it was nearly impossible a lot of the apartments in the city are dated and still start at $1,300. I stayed in Metairie for a while it was pretty nice there (15 away from the city). Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions
Daily Sip sure! Are you relocating for work or school? Or a fresh start? I think that it’s a super homey city no matter where you’re from lol for the most part the people are really nice here. When your looking for a place definitely tour first if you can and it may be a little weird but I’ve asked residents if they liked they’re apartments if I saw them during my tour. If your looking to stay near the city Metairie and the West Bank have good options. I moved here by myself but I’ve met some really good people, through work and just talking to people at events, brunches and happy hours. There’s always something going on here!
