- A unique sounding Polka with a real swingy feel. I've always enjoyed playing this polka ever since I first heard it played in the late 60's and this is the version which I remember and learnt to play at the time.

Wonderful ! Great piece of work, it reminds me of my childhood ! A suggestion: at mid part, you could add traditional drums too, and accelerate the tempo crescendo, it would create like a ramp up, don't you think so ? Best regards from France

(What makes this tune a polka? As opposed to a reel or a jig. Just curious.)

Tutorial is a definite, well I hope so anyway, won't know until I actually sit down to make one. But the difference between a Polka and a Reel that's a tough one, as there are some pretty clued up people who will know exactly what it is. But for me, the swing and feel of each type of rhythm is totally different. Will try to demonstrate this is a separate video, rather like that one I did recently where I played a tune first as a jig and then as a reel.
