The battery life is what makes this one a game changer. The other companies don't offer 3 days worth of cooling on one battery. Heck even if it's half that it still blows away the competition. The weight of carrying both the cooler and power station though..... thats like almost 100 lbs?? sacrifices I guess.
Good point! The fridge itself is 52.9 lbs and the battery is 18.7 lbs, so the total is 71.6 lbs (32.48 kg). The good thing is the batteries are removable so you can carry them separately, plus the multi-cooler has wheels and a handle :)
I think they just copied Ecoflow Glacier cooler 😂
Not really :)
I mean i guess a battery makes sense. Ice is pretty heavy but you can store more dense ‘cooling energy’ in a battery.
Yeah, the battery is 18.7 lbs (8.5 kg), but it's LiFePO4, the best battery in the game, with a lifespan of up to 10+ years!
But can it fit in a model 3 trunk?
Currently own Anker everfrost 40 I would’ve love to try this one since it has a much bigger battery and ice machine 😮
300ml of water? So you can make like 8 icecubes and you’re out?
Haha, it's more like 1 liter, sorry
I don’t think I’d be willing to leave something out like that unattended to go on a hike. That’s how sh1t comes up missing.
Facts
First thing that comes to mind is organ transportation for transplants and other temperature sensitive medical supplies.
I can’t see me having to buy another solar generator to make this work. Does the cooler come with a battery?
Thank you for your question! The cooler comes without a battery since you can run it from a wall outlet or your car with no battery inside. A battery can be purchased separately, or better get a cooler with a battery set!
If you truly set this outside with a solar panel while you go hiking, I'd love to take bets on what you find when you get back ;)
That's right! Make sure nobody steals it😌
[Did you know?] That guy is a 5th cousin (twice remove) of Elon Musk [from his mother side].
How did you know? (jk🤔)
I'm confused as to the amount of ice this cooler can make on one water fill. According to the sales rep the amount of water to add to the cooler is 300 milliliters. That is just over 1 cp of water which by my quick test using a tray, amounts to about 15-18 small 1" square ice cubes. And what's with established MFGs using a crowd funding website to sell a store product.
It's about 1 liter, sorry for the confusion
I guess this cooler is perfect for ice cube enthusiasts... or extremely small parties! 😄
It's good for camping, as it can keep your food fresh for up to 3-6 days on a single charge, and also can be recharged from a solar panel, or car's power socket when on the go!
WOW !!!!! 👍🏼🇲🇽
Doesn’t ecoflow’s do that?
Wow !!! 👍🏼🇲🇽
I can’t find that cooler
"It will only get better from here." Dude can think on his feet.
Thank you, on his feet ✅ can think ✅ haha. You got it exactly right
To borrow some lines from an old movie:Dude! Sweet!
what a classic
