The last two with sharp blades give a different kind of tingle with the knowledge that they are sharp and put the user at risk. These barber/doctor/nurse tingles are enhanced by the sense that we're surrendering ourselves to the care of others, and when taken care of with calmness and gentleness despite potential danger - that's where i reckon some of the tingle enhancement originates in our minds.

It's probably more a person to person thing. I don't get any visual triggers for tingles, it's all auditory for me. I don't even "watch ASMR" it's on in the background so there is no implied other meanings.
Everyone has different triggers.

There were many razors to choose from. All very distinct. But the last two were superb. The next to last razor gave such a close mic scratching shave. It definitely brought the tingles.😯🤤 The last one was also great. I enjoyed when you held them all together. I like that clicky clacky sound they made. Nice work, Fred.🩵💙

I like the last one but I can see why youd worry about whittling you mic cover to nothing. I see also how itd be easy to nick yourself. Have you tried putting transparent tape over the blade and see how it sounds? Youd stop both the probkems of whittling you fingers and you mic and the audience would never know its been taped and isnt actually a slight hazard.
