The really Flighty/Flight Master. Congrats. Most only know the quartz one(s).. as did I until someone posted a oic of this watch on my quartz Flighty post idk?.. 5 years ago or so. This one is super cool and more than just kind of special. You don't see many chronographs of this design that also has a power reserve in the front. Relatively compact and they almost always do amazing job downsizing the actual wear experience with their "tricks" in case cuts and sculpting. And, yes, they actually have a quality piece of sapphire on the front, too. Sweet catch! The ongoing list of hidden gems within Seiko's vast catalog is exemplified here. Love Macross. Consider this the Roy Fokker Special!
Thanks so much for your support and viewership as always, it certainly is a gem that I'm honored to finally give its long overdue focus on UA-cam. I really hope this video can serve as a solid reference for anyone else on the hunt for one of these beauties.
Great job here and killer watch. Congrats!! Now I want one. The lighting shots were particularly interesting as the sub dial and chrono hands looked orange, pretty cool. Love the titanium and layout here. Not the biggest fan of thick(er) watches, but have a few in the G-Shock sub collection. I wonder if the quartz version of this would be thinner?
The quartz SNA411 is only about 13mm thick, so an nice 1.7mm thinner than this, although constructed out of steel, which may wear heftier on bracelet by comparison.
Great review. I would like to get my hands on one... Can you compare the size with some other models? How does this wear comparing to other models like skx, mm300 or turtle? Thank you 👍
This is really disappointing when someone with knowledge and influence continues to taught the audience that automatic chronographs have to be so thick. My beloved Longines Flagship L47184122 is 10.7 mm thin
That's a dress watch, so totally different category. Seiko doesn't mess around when it comes to shock and water resistance, they make a true fully functional tool watch.

I thought it was a Breitling. Nice watch. I love a power reserve meter.
