1 friend with copd was in intensive care not expected to make it through the night. By some miracle he pulled through but drs said he would only be around for 1 or 2 years. I found out about NAC so i have been buying it for him for about 5 or 6 years. Another friend with asthma, copd and multiple lung infections and holes in the lungs requiring surgery to drain is becoming resistant to antibiotics. I sent her NAC. She started coughing up thick mucus that she said she had never been able to clear in many years. So copious and thick it was almost feeling like it blocked her airway on the way out. I think this is because it helps destroy the biofilms the infections can hide from the antibiotics under. Also taking vit d c and zinc through the pandemic as drs scared her that she would die. Also too scared to have the vaccine. She caught covid. Drs said to double all her vits and NAC while sick. Was sick for 3 days then fine

Your a good friend then. Anyway I have asthma and have been on high dependency wards several times and once on intensive care. NAC plus glycine have made the problem almost disappear. I still use some salbutamol and inhaled steroids but not very much in comparison. I have recently started taking serrapeptase and have improved even further the serrapeptase is an enzyme that dissolves mucus and as a bonus dissolves fibrin clots in the arteries and biofilms among other uses. It’s now even being recommended to remove the vaccine spike protein.

I have COPD ( from smoking for decades) and use NAC together with Cysteine. The Cysteine assists the effectiveness of the NAC. It's very effective and I'm told it's what is used I.V. in Intensive Care to treat many lung difficulties in Hospital. Two additional observations. (1) I've also noticed I'm more inclined to depression if I use it every day, second daily is fine for me. (2) I use 1 Gram of each mixed together 1/2 hour prior to breakfast and the effect seems to last around 36 hours. I've also noticed I feel "hotter" for the rest of the day which I assume is the effect of the dilation of the blood vessels circulating more blood / oxygen around my body. Adding the Cysteine also helps with muscle condition. It may be worth checking with a medical practitioner if anyone has either high or low blood pressure as I'd assume it may affect it too.

@@DutchmanAmsterdamyes! Better to ask a real MD who knows zero about nutrition, supplementation and how to heal! Better to ask a real doctor whose primary job is to push, I mean prescribe the drugs the pharmaceutical companies encourage the real MD to prescribe. Let’s manage disease and have lifelong customers, their health and well-being be damned!

@@gerito07087 well said. 20 years of listening to so called Drs and taking their poisons, getting sicker and sicker until i couldnt even walk to my kitchen from the bed. In so much pain, vision blurry and almost passing out when standing. Blood pressure 196/103. Now i get my health advice online from Dr berg who is a chiropractor and has great nutritional advice. I also visit my local chiropractor. Considerably less pain, can walk without passing out, better vision and blood pressure 132/76. Drs and other arrogant people who think they know everything are missing out on so much. I guess they can fill the void with the copious amounts of medications they will no doubt be taking as they slowly suffer and die. Each to their own i guess

@@gerito07087 Shure ok. There are however "functional doctors" who are MD's that do support supplements and healthy nutrition and lifestyle. Also there are other legit experts in nutrition and supplementation. I just get cautious whenever somebody advertises themselves as a doctor and they turn out to be a chripractor or naturopath. They are usually expert in making up everything as they go along, as is what their professions are based on.

Thanks! I haven't seen that company in Canada, but if it's available in at least areas of Europe since we can't export there, that would be a great option.
