I'm sure you know this already but just in case you don't, if your preparing for the CompTIA A+ exam, the content in the ITF+ course won't be enough to pass that exam.
You can still go through ITF+ content however, as long as you know it won't be enough. The content in the A+ videos is however enough. If you just want to suppliment your studies by also going through ITF+ stuff then you should be fine :)

Does this course count as ITF FC0-U51 or is it for another version of ITF?

This course counts as FC0-U61 which is currently the latest version. If you studying an older version of the course then you can still use this newer content though and you'll be fine
