Amiya was actually so young when the Doktah went comatose that she doesn’t remember the person they were before, they just remember them as one of the people who raised and protected them. At best, Doktah is essentially Amiya’s parental figure. She’s always given off more of a “daughter/younger sister” vibe than a romantic one.
I started playing Azur Lane before getting into Arknights, so I was quite surprised when the game showed that not every operator likes the Doctor (from the start anyway), and most only view Doktar/you as an ally and rarely as a romantic interest. I like it though it's cool. Azur Lane on the other hand just feels like walking into a harem anime where the shipgirls either like you from the start, are tsunderes who end up liking Shikikan anyway, or are yanderes who will gladly murder other shipgirls if they were allowed.

How can you make me so maddeningly happy? Just who are you...?" seem to indicate at least a "maybe" on her part, even if not on yours.
It's a bit late but Blaze is at least a maybe since she genuinely likes you as a person. According to he voice lines she ocassionally goes out with you after training wether it's a friendly date or a romantic one it's up to you. She's busy but if she develops a deeper feelings for you, she will spend more time with you for sure.

Most likely father/mother. Doktah and Kal’tsit were basically her adoptive parents, and because Amiya was so young she doesn’t really remember the dark side of the old Doktah, only the side that cared for her. I don’t know about you, but the person I regarded as a parent was in trouble, I would go through all sorts of hell to save them.

Perhaps you're not interested in Specter, but I'd say there is a distinct possibility in her having some feelings. It's almost certainly confused by all the insanity, of course, but lines like "I have always, always wanted to bring you to a special place... A place where secrets are imparted..." and "Doctor... How can you make me so maddeningly happy? Just who are you...?" seem to indicate at least a "maybe" on her part, even if not on yours.
It's a bit late but Blaze is at least a maybe since she genuinely likes you as a person. According to he voice lines she ocassionally goes out with you after training wether it's a friendly date or a romantic one it's up to you. She's busy but if she develops a deeper feelings for you, she will spend more time with you for sure.

This right here is exactly why I want to get Red, or rather... It’s more accurate to say Red is the reason I started this game. All the other Lupos view her as some kinda Terminator and avoid her. The poor girl probably thinks she’s unwanted and that’s heartbreaking to think about.

Most likely father/mother. Doktah and Kal’tsit were basically her adoptive parents, and because Amiya was so young she doesn’t really remember the dark side of the old Doktah, only the side that cared for her. I don’t know about you, but the person I regarded as a parent was in trouble, I would go through all sorts of hell to save them.
