Dreamcatcher almost always does an extra video for one of their b-sides for their albums (some more serious than others) so it's always worth it to check! And yeah, the first time I heard Shatter, I was... baffled by what I was hearing. But I have a lot of love for it because it shows how they don't shy away from experimenting and keeping things fresh. I really appreciate how the song challenged me musically. PS as for songs where the crowd sings along with them... they have a special clip (I checked, it does say special clip for that one) for a song you'll get to eventually called "Fairytale" that I think will be similar to what you're looking for!
I'll add to the confirmation of the Medusa themes by noting that you can even hear a snake rattle at a few points through the song. The most prominent is when Jiu says, "Hear my prayer."
