Great video. My only comment is there’s no mention of some people not absorbing the vitamin d. My doctor put me on the 50,000 once a week with 1,200 the other 6 days/wk for 3 months. I asked to be retested after treatment and my level didn’t change one point. This continued treatment for 6 more months with the same result. I did some research after that and found that magnesium, vit D, k2, and calcium work together. Started with just magnesium and my levels double in about 6-8weeks. Maybe this might help someone.

I'm dubious about this doctor. I've heard good things about vitamin D supplementation (and magnesium) but show me where in nature it has ever been natural for human beings or any animal under the Sun to consume such enormous quantities of calcium. I'm also baffled as to how he might explain - regarding vitamin D - how and why humans and animals have lived in regions of the World that have low levels of sunlight for much of the year since the dawn of time.
BTW, you might want to check your vitamin B1 (thiamine).

Hercule Holmes what are your vitamin D levels? If they are low, supplement and re test. That's the only way you'll know where your up too with your levels. Most people's levels are low or they are deficient. It's not rocket science no matter where your from.

@@jonthebutcher I've never tested my vitamin D levels, but I do sometimes take supplements - not every day, but maybe once every 3 days I take 2,000UI of D3.
I've learned to be cautious of internet doctors because there are so many people who falsely use the title of "doctor" (which is legal in some parts of the World) despite having zero medical qualifications. If I lived in the USA I could proclaim myself to be a doctor, just not an M.D.

It's one of the few vitamin/supplements I take where if I stop taking it for a few days, and then start taking it again, I'll definitely notice, especially in the wintertime, or if I haven't been outside for awhile. I was told I am D deficient 6 years ago. Went through 5 years of Reclast infusions. Doctor told me iy didn't help. I raised my vitamin D3 +K intake, after speaking with my doctor and she said fine. I also take two large tablets of magnesium glycinate daily. More Americans than not is lacking enough magnesium glycinate.
I have also been on citracal for about 6 years. This years DEXA showed an increase in bone density. Good luck with your health.

Sunshine vitamin or steroid hormone was the most powerful medicine on earth given by our CREATOR.
The best way to get vitamin D3 is through sun exposure. Go outside and get some sun, especially in the mid-day when it’s the strongest.
However, many of us use sun block, which is good for our skin but not so helpful when it comes to the production of vitamin D3. By blocking out the UVA and UVB rays, sun block can interfere the skin’s ability to synthesize vitamin D3. GOD BLESS.

    Too late now.....
This would validate if there was a deficiency and if you got covid it was most likely to do with vitamin d levels being low.
This would've been a great test to do.
I wonder if the pharmaceutical companies knew all this and somehow amplified the effects of covid to pump out all these vaccines and later medical problems down the track so they gained financially producing all vaccines.

In order to emergency authorize drug/vaccine in US there should be no other treatment available or it can be authorized in conjunction with other treatment(s) if it does no harm. I think, it is accurate to say that a lot of practical cheap preventive measures and treatments were not just ignored, but actively threatened by pharmaceutical companies and our governmen, while Israeli doctors released plenty of data about D3 levels and covid mortality along with data about off label use of cheap effective drugs. When you mix medicine with politics, you get politics. Peace.

They did know. There were heaps of literature coming out as early as February-march 2020 suggesting vitamin d recommendations. The “experts” like CDC and pharma said nah nah it doesn’t help. Then the actual studies started coming out demonstrating vitamin D improves symptoms, acts as prevention etc - they said correlation doesn’t mean causation 🤦‍♀️ they knew it from the start, and they suppressed it on purpose. All experts who treated their patients with vitamins and mineral protocols - all were labeled “dangerous misinformation”. I watched it as it happened and was shocked. There’s a website that analysed more than 200 studies on vitamin D and Covid specifically, the absolute majority of them showed the benefit. The same applies to ivermectin which was suppressed. The whole pandemic was “accidentally on purpose” to push for vaccines - no doubt about it. We had the data on our hands how to treat Covid successfully from
The start, but it wasn’t the goal. I say it with confidence because there’s no other way to explain it.

Good info, but lacks one import point. D3 helps the body absorb calcium, which is good. What is not so good is the D3 doesn't tell calcium where to go. That's why you need to take Vit. K2, it tells calcium to go directly to bones and teeth, not soft tissue like arteries and organs like the heart or brain. Uncontrolled calcium hardens arteries and calcifies tissues in the brain which apparently are causing Parkinson's etc. Research K2 also, not just D3.
Jeff Bowles has a great book on D3, he experimented on himself. Give it a read.

This vitamin does not replace all the nutrients needed for optimal health, but it is important to know it is a prehormone, a hormone precursor. There is not one tissue or cell in your entire body that doesn't contain cholecalciferol receptors. It is recommended to everyone to take 35IU / pound of weight / day. Wow! Riveting! Great information. Got serious about my vitamin D a few months ago, though I've always gotten daily sun as a hiker and gardener. And I have cursed my tracking apps and gadgets so many times before heading out for a sunny hike! How can we live in a world where we can't track our vitamin D from sun!!! Got that app downloaded! . I got brave/informed enough, with my dark skin, to hit 50,000 iu once a week for a few weeks at the end of the winter. I have 10,000's that I use once a week now. I need 25-75 minutes 4-6 times a week! The more sun I get, the darker I get, the more sun I need.

GOD BLESS.

I learned so much. I took notes. I'll need to listen to this lecture at least six more times to let it all sink in.
I am wondering whether there is a yin yang effect between vitamin D and melatonin. Melatonin is the chemical signal for darkness. Vitamin D is sunshine. Melatonin and vitamin D are both ancient molecules. Endogenous melatonin requires vitamin D during the day. Sunshine includes the blue wavelength. Melatonin production is shut down at night within 1.5 seconds of detection of blue wavelength by particular ganglionic cells of the retina immediately signaling the SCN. The SCN interprets blue wavelength as day and lack of blue as night. Melatonin is an anti-carcinogen and antioxidant and is capable of switching a cancerous cell into a normal cell through the mitochondria. I can see how melatonin depends on a reliable source of vitamin D. I don't know if vitamin D requires a dependable source of melatonin to complete its missions. I can't wait to learn more!-- Audrey in Chicago

You should probably be taking 25k IU daily not every other day to help get your levels up. My husband & I started out at the beginning of 2020 taking 10k IU daily, then upped it to 20k daily when we learned that it could help his lower back problems due to the anti-inflammatory properties. He immediately noticed a difference. At the beginning of last year my sister was researching this heavily and many sources are saying that toxicity doesn't happen until you get to above 50k IU daily. I would suggest doing more research on this topic, there is alot of info out there.

Actually there is no such thing as Vitamin D3 toxicity!! WHat doctors call Vit D toxicity are actually Vitamin K2 and /or ,magnesium deficeincy symptoms. Vitamin D3 itself is completely no tooxic it only causes its co factors to be used up more quickly ..Vitamin K2 deficeincy leads to excess calium in the blood, this takes about 5 to 6 months of high d3 dosing. Immiediate "toxicity" symptoms such as dizziness, falls , panic attacks, heart arythmias, tachycardia (heart racing), anxiety, insomnia, constipation, blood pressure changes etc...are just symptoms of an aggravated underlying magnesium deficiency. 80% of us are magnesium deficient and doctors don't test for it-the blood test is worthless as only 1% of magnesium is in our blood and it is tightly controlled. Holik mentions thjat peple living at higher elevations make more d3 due to les ozone....this is nto quite the case, as the air gets thinner , it blocks less UVB rays so the sun at a 10,000 foot elevation is anywhere 40 to 70% stronger UVB rays than at sea level. I do take 750mg magnesium at night. I find more than that gives me a loose tummy. Do you know how much one should take? I take 4000iu vitD3 per day, plus K2.

Vit D level is highly dependent on behavior. Your latitude or altitude only matter if you actually go outside when the sun is shining which might be never for some people. I work third shift a lot and I might not see sunshine for a month or more at a time.

You're not meant to do big workouts. That's just social engineering bs. Basic simple exercise is all needed

I'm middle age, mid toned skin, and overweight. I need about 7-12000 a day apparently. Which is like 3-4 hours shirtless and summer were I live. Minimum. Wow that's a lot.

D-3 supplements don't lower NAD levels like sunlight does.

Does that mean that 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. is the optimal time to take vitamin D supplements to mimic nature? Referencing 22min22sec mark stating optimal time of day the body can make vitamin D provided the proper angle of the sun. --Audrey in Chicago
