Now i obviousl ydon't have a copy of RB - ED agreement but that sounds like a breach of terms

You can also (AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE COMPLETE MAP) buy only one or two parts, if you aren't interested in the whole map. Or iff you're budget restrained, or critical about "Early Access" you can buy only what is ready and expand it later. Personally I bought the whole map for early access discount, as it is a total bargain for $48.99

I know people have speculated this, but I've not seen an official source confirming that this was the point of disagreement, and I also have trouble believing it given that Razbam has released several aircraft after ED started requiring source code from devs, and presumably provided the source code. I also doubt that the aircraft would be released and offered for sale if this were the case. In general, refusing payment is not a good way to deal with a contract dispute, assuming there was one in the first place. I'm not spending any more money on DCS until the dust has settled, and I'm certainly not giving any money over for pre-orders on products. The Afscamistan pre-order and the CH-47 pre-order smack of financial desperation to me.
@@crudboy12 this information came from a outside q&a for another 3rd party dev. razban try to get the other 3rd party devs to join them in this little event. all said no to them that when they sent out the letter on discord. razban was on not good terms before this because of the bugs in years pass. refusing payment per is one of the conditions in the contract.
