yes, that is correct, but the cordless pole saw have a lot of noise, is heavy, needs a lot of maintanence and could not approch those heights, and could damage other branches. so it realy depends on what you want to do with it.
I've just bought a polesaw and have now bought one of these because the saw is too heavy and impractical for finer branches, particularly those higher up and towards the center of the tree.
for the price you paid this way much better, because it can reach so high up and is quite light, its a pruning after all,and its sufficient enough to trim those branches. I have neighbour with very big trees and sometimes their branches and twigs overextend to our roof, and this tool does the job very well.
Very comprehensive and clear review. I’ve learned more from this than other written and video reviews. I’m getting one. Thank you. 👍
Glad it was helpful!
@@amirriazi267 I got one and it’s excellent 👌
Hete in the USA, we don't get this PowerGear model (UPX86). Just the pre-2918 non-PowerGear model (UP86).
Great video! very helpful, thank you👍
Thank you 🥰
A good review. What length is it when not extended, in the box?
2.5m
@@amirriazi267 Thank you.
Do the pruning shears still work when the saw is attached?
I did not yet buy the saw but as soon as I try would update you.
For the price U can get a dedicated cordless pole saw, far easier to do the job and much bigger branches!

How to repair
i would attempt to cut branches with recommended thickness of 31mm not twigs and then review it. thanks anyway
It cuts fresh (not dry) branches up to 32mm and it really worked.
He does that at the end
