Power is the most respectable waifu choice but for some reason, when it comes to Chainsaw Man, I always find myself gravitating towards Kobeni as best girl. I mean she’s like Zenitsu if he wasn’t annoying, actually well written and a hot girl. Plus her dance moves are on point and she has…had a nice car so personally she would be my top waifu of 2022. Also the Twitter fan art of her being really scared is weirdly hot I don’t know if I have something wrong with me.

Honestly, I more or less agree with this list. Another W list by Echidnut! It’s sad that Ushio didn’t make it in the top 10, but at least Chisato is in the top 10 and that number 9 spot got me😂, comedy is on point every time, you never disappoint with content Echidnut✊

This fall season is only a treat for shonen enjoyers, especially battle shonen enjoyers, and sadly I'm not one of them. I never liked MHA, Spy x Family or even Bleach that much. Same with Demon Slayer and JJK. And I have a feeling that Chainsaw Man is going to be the same too, where I would just end up feeling that the show is overhyped.
It sucks to see literally ZERO hypes around To Your Eternity. Even this summer season, I didn't see many people talking about shows like Made in Abyss S2 or Summer Time Render or even Shadows House S2. Do people really care about good animation and action scenes way more than actual well written story and world building?
@@rickchakraborty2087 Brooooo. Same here i read jjk manga and was like where is the interaction between characters. I read Chainsaw Man and i was like where is the S tier Characters i was promised. I read Spy x Family before the anime and was like yeah it decent and i don't even care about Mha. The only shounen anime i liked was like Naruto and Fmab and first half of One piece.
The shows I am exited for is To you Eternity and Mob Psycho and If there was a Ranking of Kings it would had made my year tbh.
Since Ranking of Kings came and just changed my taste in anime completely and we also got the cyberpunk anime tbh Its top tier anime like S rank i would put it with To Your Eternity.

I typically don't count waifus in sequel cours for best girl unless they've done something to warrant it in terms of character growth and/or actions. With that said it was a tough call between Yor, and Chisato. Yor is arguably more attractive, but for me accessibility is a critical factor. I feel like a date with Yor would be awkward and difficult due to her lack of experience with socialization and romance while Chisato would not only be up for doing whatever, she'd probably grab you by the arm and take the initiative. Also trying to make any move on Yor may result in death (even if she's into you.) So there's that.
That was a relevant analysis.

Nagisa? How? Hayasaka is fair, but a bit overhyped in general. Miko didn't do much this season so doesn't fit imo. Kaguya is a good choice with anime as he mentioned. He got good taste to me for that. lol

I don't really have a top 10 both 'cause there's just too many and also because due to LN-related projects I haven't been able to watch most of the animes that aired this year (I did watch Kaguya's tho). But I've seen Lycoris Recoil and I think Chisato is the #1 for me, for the same reasons you listed in the video. An Angel on this earth.

This season i didn't care about waifus, but about good anime stories. I was every week waiting for a new episode of Summertime Render cuz this anime was the pearl of season(in my opinion), this reminded me of When They Cry and Re:Zero.
