I had a Lacidoll that has the neck and bottom brush compatible with the Buture JR400

My main floor brush won’t rotate and the light won’t turn on anymore I’ve got a replacement and still nothing. Any tips to fix it?

The problem may be in the contacts on the handle's neck where the brush's neck goes into the handle. Make sure these contacts are clean and not broken
