    How long do we have to do this and how many times? Will this completely reverse like become a regular spine? I have a 6° spine and i always cry about it so I'm genuinely curious

      I recommend my clients to do this at least three times a week to try to improve the condition.. now… if you have a structural deformity of the vertebrae, fixing it completely will not be possible. But these exercises will help to strengthen areas that are in need to make sure the condition doesn’t worsen.

    Hi! You said this was to help fix a curve to the left , i think.. well what do you do when your hips are uneven alternately? O shift from one to the other, so i know I'm never standing straight and even - but which side, is back and forth!
