Mario Kart BUT with ONLY Blue Shells

We played mario kart but turned every item off EXECPT for blue shells! This got really chaotic!

Blue shell hurts the people on top. A bunch can complete set them back. And can hurt the people in the middle. But if you use a mushroom, you can ignore it. -Pop Noodle, the person that has no idea what he meant by this.
