A tip for PS5 People. If you teleport in the Castelward tunnel grace (the one before Margit) the travel time is around 8 seconds. I managed to quit around 7.6 - 7.8 seconds and it worked. You can long press the ps button and you can shut down the game form the menu. I used a chronometer of course. The time start when you press the confirm button to teleport to the grace.
the glitch still works on the dlc. This glitch work faster if you jump off towards the ruins, but before dying you have to teleport to round table hold. When i did this, it worked on first try i perfected this glitch

They may not have patched it out, but it's MUCH harder. Haven't been able to do it at all yet. Update: fkin got it. Time to make Margit my bitch with ADLS

I think you would need to remove the power if doing this glitch on console... so you would either have to pull the plug out or switch it off at the wall... on PC one can instantly quit a game by pressing Alt + F4, but since consoles don't have this feature, power out seems the best option, as pressing and holding the ps button and bringing up the quit game confirmation screen takes up the whole screen, and doesn't quit instantly...
I actually recorded this video on ps5. and yes you have to press the ps4 button and quit the game that way. if you quit from the pause menu the game will autosave and the glitch won't work.
I did it by holding down the PS button and quitting the game on ps5, its a bit tricky to get the timing right but it worked for me. also I really don't recommend unplugging your console cuz it might end up damaging your files.

open up the sites of grace menu on your map (Y button on xbox)and you can mark any site of grace you want by hitting R3, then hit the toggle list option.
Mm, if you wanted to upgrade a non-Somber weapon to +25, this would be one of the faster ways to get access to Smithing Stone 8s without needing to clear Morgot in Leyindell. And the Godskin duo fight is cheeseable enough with sleep that you can probably kill them both with a bit of effort quite early for their bell bearing. Other than that, IDK.
You could finish the game, why not, super earlier for a challenge or whatever, no need to go to leyndell, no need to get any runeshards...just need to get good and kill malakeith and then gideon and then radagon and elden twist

If your struggling to get the timing right with Round Table Hold I used the Castleward Tunnel Grace and got it 3rd try, it loads much slower

This is easier to do on the ps5 if you set the graphic settings to prioritize quality, it will slow the load time

Can confirm 1.12.3 still works but you probably need to go offline as soon as I did that it worked on the first try
And if you’re on ps5 don’t wait until the bar goes up there as soon as it starts loading close the game

The only point of getting to Farum Azula through this glitch is to get ADLS for a one shot builds.
