Hi, your videos are great! I just watched your Tampa explained series and was wondering if you would be doing any videos on the Town ‘n’ Country or Brandon/Riverview areas. I plan to move to Tampa sometime next year and I’m eyeing those areas.

      Hey Kev,
We definitely plan to do some videos on town and country in the near future. We do have some videos on the Riverview/Brandon area you should totally check out!
If you'd like to schedule some time to talk and go over your goals, feel free to call or email me!

I'm from Wisconsin and I'm thinking about moving down to Tampa I'm 20 years of age and looking to get a policing job down there, what is a good low priced area to live in? I've been finding apartments around 850 that seem decent but its more on the northern side. Any information you could give me?

      Hey Jaden,
there are some apartments available for that price in northern part of tampa proper. With that price they may not be in the nicest of areas, but I'd look some up and if you have questions feel free to call or email me.

Ha I moved from Wisconsin in nov 2015 to Clearwater. I love it here. I came from the Baraboo/wi dells area. Rents are getting pretty high here at the moment. Did you ever make it down here yet?

hi Sam, just found your channel and sub-ed! A lot of great information! I have looked at a lot of Tampa area houses on Zillow. Why are they all built right next to some waterbody? Ponds, creeks, artificial lakes, canals... you name it! Isn't it better to live a bit distance from the waterbody to avoid direct contact with mosquitos?

It’s designed that way, the water serves as natural drainage

Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Many times it's either for the view or the natural drainage. Many people have screened in porches for that exact reason though, you are right.

You’ll have mosquitoes with or without water.
