If this movie succeeds Jason may stay as aquaman and I honestly hope since he deserves his own trilogy plus his character is so loved by the fandom he helped people take aquaman serious as a character
I do t think his future is tied to this as much as people think. Him and gal gadot already spoke with James Gunn and had productive meetings. Gunn has also said he is keeping several actors from the dceu and bringing them into the DCU (Momoa, gadot, Robbie etc) so I’m not too worried. People said no one would watch aquaman cuz the character was boring and then it made a billion to become the most successful DC film to date. A lotta people gunna eat their words. Again. This film is looking solid.
The visuals you were worry about will all look flawless in the IMAX by the time you guys Finally see it. It is especially filmed for IMAX experience like the 1st one. So please have a blast one last time bc we may not gonna get movie like this with James Wan ever again. He and Jason Mamoa are the real stars of these movies.
If I had to guess with all the reshoot, they had to kill off Mera by having Black Manta killing her as revenge for the murder of his father. I DO hope Nicole Kidman’s character survive, alongside Tom (Arthur’s father), and half-brother. I also think James Gunn should cast Jason as Lobo soon

For some reason, the trailer of the movie looked more like submarine space battles to me, that's what it felt like to me.
It's epic...
And no Aquamoa is not DCU
I cannot wait. It's the best movie in the world! It's definitely better than the flash... The best in DC.
