I'm with Eric Kreuger on this, It may sail very well for a 30 footer, but the interior looks like it was built by Ikea. The lack of a seat behind the helm would put me off as I find sitting to the side uncomfortable after a while.
the old 31 was a better boat all the way around around- classic Beneteau. This boat is a toy and when i compare it to my First 265 I would look at a different boat or brand. Jeanneau 349 or a Hanse.

Very nice boat! I've seen it in La Rochelle last year and I was impressed by the space in a 30ft boat! Nice video, it was very nice explained!
